【摘要】：本文將管道流動換熱理論與多孔介質(zhì)達(dá)西滲流理論結(jié)合,建立了具有多孔介質(zhì)特性的熟料顆粒堆積體滲流換熱的等效管道換熱物理模型,推導(dǎo)了熟料顆粒堆積體的多孔介質(zhì)參數(shù)與等效管道參數(shù)的對應(yīng)關(guān)系,并通過數(shù)值仿真計算,給出了等效管道模型的管直徑、管內(nèi)氣體流速、管數(shù)量隨熟料顆粒直徑與熟料單元體孔隙率的變化曲線,為堆積顆粒多孔介質(zhì)的簡化提供了理論方法與等效數(shù)據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Combining the heat transfer theory of pipeline flow with Darcy seepage theory of porous media, an equivalent heat transfer physical model of clinker granular accumulations with porous media is established in this paper. The corresponding relationship between the parameters of porous media and equivalent pipe parameters of clinker grain accumulations is derived. The pipe diameter and gas velocity in the equivalent pipe model are obtained by numerical simulation. The curves of the number of tubes with the diameter of clinker particles and the porosity of clinker units provide a theoretical method and equivalent data for the simplification of porous media of stacked particles.
