APEG-MAH-AMPS醚類聚羧酸系水泥減水劑的合成

【摘要】:以烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚2000(APEG2000)、馬來酸酐(MAH)和2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)為原料,以過硫酸銨-亞硫酸鈉為引發(fā)體系,合成出醚類聚羧酸系水泥減水劑。經(jīng)正交試驗(yàn)選出最佳合成工藝條件:APEG與MAH摩爾比為1∶2,APEG與AMPS摩爾比為1∶0.4,過硫酸銨-亞硫酸鈉引發(fā)體系質(zhì)量占聚合單體總質(zhì)量的1.5%,聚合時(shí)間6h,聚合溫度45℃。該條件下單體轉(zhuǎn)化率為93.68%,水泥凈漿初始流動(dòng)度為242mm,坍落度為199mm。采用傅立葉變換紅外光譜儀(FTIR)對(duì)聚合物分子結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了表征;通過掃描電鏡(SEM)和X射線衍射(XRD)對(duì)加入該減水劑的硬化水泥石微觀結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了分析,結(jié)果表明,減水劑的加入減慢了水泥凝膠體向結(jié)晶體轉(zhuǎn)變的過程,同時(shí)加快了水泥的水化程度。
[Abstract]:Using allyl polyoxyethylene ether 2000 (APEG2000), maleic anhydride (MAH) and 2-acrylamide (2-methylpropanesulfonic acid) (AMPS) as raw materials, ammonium persulfate and sodium sulfite were used as initiators. Ether polycarboxylic acid series cement superplasticizer was synthesized by orthogonal test. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained: the molar ratio of 1: APEG to MAH was 1: 2, APEG to AMPS was 1: 0.4, and the mass of initiator system of ammonium persulfate and sodium sulfite was 1.5% of the total mass of monomer.
