【摘要】：利用碳化硅優(yōu)良的抗氧化性能和抗鐵水侵蝕性能,添加不同比例的添加劑,制備出抗壓強(qiáng)度≥50 MPa,1μm以下孔容積≥80%,鐵水熔蝕指數(shù)≤20%,氧化率≤8%,導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)≥20 W/(m·K)的碳化硅高爐炭磚,替代現(xiàn)有超微孔炭磚用于出鐵口和爐缸爐腹部位。
