立式稀土氟化爐溫度場(chǎng)研究及其參數(shù)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:為解決現(xiàn)行固定床稀土氟化爐內(nèi)因溫度分布不均而導(dǎo)致的氟化效果不佳問題,以新型立式氟化爐為研究對(duì)象,通過合理簡(jiǎn)化建立數(shù)學(xué)物理模型,采用CFD軟件對(duì)模型進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析,得到了不均勻的反應(yīng)器溫度場(chǎng);結(jié)合傳熱理論討論了導(dǎo)致溫度場(chǎng)不均勻的主要因素,主要有氣體入口直徑和物料層厚度。采用單因素分析法對(duì)立式稀土氟化爐反應(yīng)器進(jìn)行優(yōu)化分析,研究了反應(yīng)器內(nèi)溫度場(chǎng)隨氣體入口直徑與物料層厚度的變化規(guī)律,并獲得最佳入口直徑和物料層厚度值。根據(jù)優(yōu)化結(jié)果建立幾何模型并模擬計(jì)算,溫度場(chǎng)較優(yōu)化前有較大改善。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of poor fluorination effect caused by the uneven temperature distribution in the present fixed bed rare earth fluorination furnace, a new vertical fluorination furnace is taken as the research object, and the mathematical and physical model is established through reasonable simplification. The non-uniform temperature field of the reactor is obtained by using the CFD software, and the main factors leading to the uneven temperature field are discussed in combination with the heat transfer theory. The gas inlet diameter and the thickness of the material layer are mainly studied. The variation of temperature field with the inlet diameter of the gas and the thickness of the material layer in the reactor is studied by using the single factor analysis method to optimize the reactor of rare earth fluorination furnace. The optimum inlet diameter and material layer thickness are obtained. Based on the optimization results, the geometric model is established and the simulation results show that the temperature field is better than that before optimization.
