【摘要】:石墨烯和類石墨烯二維半導(dǎo)體材料因其獨(dú)特的物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)受到研究人員的廣泛關(guān)注,將二者結(jié)合組成的石墨烯基二維垂直異質(zhì)結(jié)近年來備受研究者的青睞.本文簡要介紹了石墨烯基二維垂直異質(zhì)結(jié)的基本概念和性質(zhì),綜述了石墨烯基二維垂直異質(zhì)結(jié)制備技術(shù)的最新進(jìn)展情況,對比分析了不同制備方法各自的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),總結(jié)了石墨烯基二維垂直異質(zhì)結(jié)在光電子學(xué)器件應(yīng)用的最新進(jìn)展.最后對石墨烯基二維垂直異質(zhì)結(jié)的研究和發(fā)展方向做了展望.
[Abstract]:Graphene and graphene like two-dimensional semiconductor materials have attracted extensive attention due to their unique physical and chemical properties. In this paper, the basic concepts and properties of graphene based two-dimensional vertical heterostructures are briefly introduced. The recent progress in the preparation of graphene based two-dimensional vertical heterostructures is reviewed, and the advantages and disadvantages of different preparation methods are compared and analyzed. The recent progress in the application of graphene based two-dimensional vertical heterostructures in optoelectronic devices is summarized. Finally, the research and development of graphene based two-dimensional vertical heterostructures are prospected.
