基于ARM的化工罐區(qū)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計

【摘要】:罐區(qū)是化工企業(yè)重要組成部分之一,它儲存了大量的原料、中間體、成品等。對于一個高效生產(chǎn)的化工企業(yè)來說,罐區(qū)是不可或缺的。然而罐區(qū)也是企業(yè)最危險的地方,大多化工原料都是易燃、易爆、有毒或高壓存儲。因此對儲罐中原料的狀態(tài)參數(shù)和儲罐周圍環(huán)境進(jìn)行監(jiān)控非常重要。2014年,國家安全監(jiān)管總局發(fā)布了《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)化學(xué)品罐區(qū)安全管理的通知》,要求各企業(yè)必須完善化學(xué)品罐區(qū)監(jiān)測監(jiān)控設(shè)施。隨著企業(yè)的做大,不同工序的原料分布在不同地方,罐區(qū)分布較散,難以做到集中管理。采用基于ARM-Linux和GPRS的嵌入式遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)對罐區(qū)的實時監(jiān)控是一種非常有效的方法,這樣就可以使分布較散的罐區(qū)做到統(tǒng)一管理,管理人員可以方便的了解各個罐區(qū)的狀態(tài)參數(shù)和原料的儲備量。本文主要是對液氨罐區(qū)的嵌入式遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計。該設(shè)計以ARM-Linux為核心,結(jié)合GPRS技術(shù)、現(xiàn)代傳感技術(shù),對液氨罐區(qū)的儲罐壓力、儲罐液位、氨氣濃度、氣溫等參數(shù)進(jìn)行實時監(jiān)控。當(dāng)監(jiān)控要素超限時,現(xiàn)場將及時發(fā)出語音報警,并通過短信的方式向安全管理人員發(fā)出警報,ARM微處理器控制相應(yīng)的執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)(如噴淋閥、泄壓閥)降低或排除危險。首先對系統(tǒng)整體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計。整個系統(tǒng)由兩層結(jié)構(gòu)組成,分別為現(xiàn)場嵌入式監(jiān)測終端和數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)視中心,F(xiàn)場嵌入式監(jiān)測終端負(fù)責(zé)罐區(qū)參數(shù)的實時監(jiān)控測量、數(shù)據(jù)的傳送、危險的判斷、語音報警、以及安全聯(lián)鎖執(zhí)行等工作。數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)視中心負(fù)責(zé)罐區(qū)狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)的接受、顯示、存儲和管理。然后對各模塊的硬件接口電路進(jìn)行了設(shè)計,主要包括電源模塊、存儲模塊、數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊、語音模塊、GPRS模塊和安全執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)模塊。隨后對現(xiàn)場嵌入式監(jiān)測終端的軟件進(jìn)行了設(shè)計,包括內(nèi)核的裁剪、編譯、移植,各模塊的驅(qū)動程序設(shè)計。最后介紹了以Qt為平臺的數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)視界面的設(shè)計。
[Abstract]:Tank area is one of the important parts of chemical enterprise. It stores a lot of raw materials, intermediates, finished products, etc. For a chemical enterprise with high efficiency, the tank area is indispensable. However, the tank area is also the most dangerous place for the enterprise. Most chemical materials are flammable, explosive, toxic or high-pressure storage, so it is important to monitor the state parameters of the raw materials in the tank and the environment around the tank. 2014, The State Administration of Safety Supervision and Control has issued a notice on further strengthening the safety management of chemical tank areas, which requires enterprises to improve monitoring and monitoring facilities in chemical tank areas. As the enterprises grow larger, the raw materials for different processes are distributed in different places. The distribution of tank area is scattered, so it is difficult to achieve centralized management. It is a very effective method to realize real-time monitoring and control of tank area by using embedded remote monitoring system based on ARM-Linux and GPRS, so that the distributed tank area can be managed uniformly. Managers can conveniently understand the state parameters of each tank area and the reserve of raw materials. This paper mainly designs the embedded remote monitoring system of liquid ammonia tank area. The design takes ARM-Linux as the core, combines GPRS technology, and modern sensing technology. The parameters such as tank pressure, tank liquid level, ammonia concentration, temperature and so on in liquid ammonia tank area are monitored in real time. When the monitoring elements exceed the limit, a voice alarm will be issued on the spot. And send an alarm to the security manager by text message. Arm microprocessor controls the corresponding actuator (such as spray valve). The whole structure of the system is designed first. The whole system is composed of two layers. The field embedded monitoring terminal is responsible for the real-time monitoring and measurement of the parameters of the tank area, the transmission of data, the judgment of danger, and the voice alarm. The data monitoring center is responsible for receiving, displaying, storing and managing the status data in the tank area. Then the hardware interface circuit of each module is designed, including power supply module, storage module, and so on. Data acquisition module, voice module GPRS module and security executive unit module. Then the software of embedded monitoring terminal is designed, including the cutting, compiling and transplanting of the kernel. Finally, the design of data monitor interface based on QT is introduced.
