【摘要】:以煤矸石為鋁源,經(jīng)機(jī)械活化、熱活化、酸浸提、制備了一水軟鋁石,再通過共沉淀法合成Mg-Al層狀雙金屬氫氧化物。采用XRD、FT-IR和SEM等手段對合成樣品進(jìn)行分析和表征。結(jié)果表明:煤矸石在熱活化溫度為700℃、浸取溫度為100℃、浸取時間為150 min、助溶劑/樣品質(zhì)量比為2∶10、硫酸濃度為4 mol/L、液固比為15∶1時,Al_2O_3浸取率為0.937。共沉淀法制備Mg-Al層狀雙金屬氫氧化物在Mg與Al物質(zhì)的量比為2∶1,p H值為10,反應(yīng)溫度為60℃時,得到層間距d(003)為0.798 nm的鎂鋁層狀雙金屬氫氧化物。
[Abstract]:Using coal gangue as aluminum source, a soft bauxite was prepared by mechanical activation, thermal activation and acid leaching. The Mg-Al layered bimetallic hydroxides were synthesized by co-precipitation method. The synthesized samples were analyzed and characterized by XRDD-FT-IR and SEM.
