碳化硅復合多孔陶瓷支撐體的制備與性能研究

【摘要】:高溫過濾除塵系統(tǒng)是整體煤氣化聯(lián)合循環(huán)發(fā)電機組的關(guān)鍵子系統(tǒng),對電站的穩(wěn)定運行和發(fā)電效率有重要影響。非對稱過濾結(jié)構(gòu)的多孔陶瓷管是除塵系統(tǒng)的核心部件,它由起過濾除塵作用的過濾膜和承載過濾膜的支撐體構(gòu)成。支撐體的機械強度和孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)對除塵系統(tǒng)的使用壽命、過濾效率和過濾精度有決定性的影響。 本文以制備高強度、高孔隙率的碳化硅復合多孔陶瓷支撐體為研究目標。系統(tǒng)研究了陶瓷粘結(jié)劑生料成分及含量、坯體成型壓力、燒結(jié)溫度、燒結(jié)氛圍、成孔方式對支撐體微觀結(jié)構(gòu)、抗彎強度和氣孔率的影響,深入研究了氣孔率與支撐體抗彎強度的關(guān)系,制備出了高強度高氣孔率的多孔陶瓷樣品。碳化硅平均粒徑23μ m,鋁礬土添加量為30wt%,造孔劑石墨添加量1Owt%,坯體成型壓力30MPa,1400℃空氣中燒結(jié),制備出了抗彎強度41.OMPa,氣孔率為44.9%的碳化硅/莫來石復合多孔陶瓷。 為了降低主要粘結(jié)相莫來石的生長溫度,改善其結(jié)晶形貌,先將碳化硅粉體與白炭黑混合并加入pvb造粒,在非氧化性燒結(jié)氛圍下,模擬原位反應結(jié)合技術(shù)制備了碳化硅復合多孔陶瓷支撐體,并系統(tǒng)研究了三水氟化鋁添加量和燒結(jié)溫度對其微觀形貌和性能的影響。當碳化硅(6μm)含量39.7wt%、白炭黑含量17.0wt%、納米氧化鋁含量43.3wt%的混合料,外加4wt%的三水氟化鋁,坯體成型壓力36MPa,顆粒堆垛成孔,燒結(jié)溫度1300℃時,制備出了抗彎強度31.1MPa,顯氣孔率為42.8%的碳化硅多孔復合陶瓷支撐體,其物相組成主要是碳化硅、莫來石、剛玉和少量方石英。
[Abstract]:The high temperature filtration and dust removal system is the key subsystem of the integrated coal gasification combined cycle generator unit, which has an important effect on the stable operation and power generation efficiency of the power station. The porous ceramic tube with asymmetric filter structure is the core component of the dust removal system. It is made up of filter membrane and supporting body carrying filter membrane. The mechanical strength and pore structure of the support have a decisive effect on the service life, filtration efficiency and filtration precision of the dust removal system. In this paper, the preparation of silicon carbide composite porous ceramic support with high strength and high porosity was studied. The composition and content of ceramic binder, the forming pressure, sintering temperature and sintering atmosphere of ceramic binder were studied systematically. The effect of pore forming mode on the microstructure, bending strength and porosity of the support was studied. The relationship between the porosity and the bending strength of the support was studied. The porous ceramic samples with high strength and high porosity were prepared. The average particle size of silicon carbide was 23 渭 m, the amount of bauxite was 30 wts, the amount of graphite was 1 Owt, and the molding pressure of the billet was 30 MPA / 1 400 鈩,
