鋼渣中游離氧化鎂含量的測定及其減量控制措施

【摘要】:鋼渣中存在的游離氧化鎂易發(fā)生水化膨脹導(dǎo)致其安定性不良,限制了鋼渣部分替代水泥制備膠凝材料的回收利用。本文優(yōu)化了氯化銨-乙二醇滴定檢測f-MgO的方法,研究表明以RO相和鎂鐵尖晶石相存在的氧化鎂以及鋼渣中的其他組分對(duì)f-MgO含量的檢測干擾較小,測試數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確度高,為鋼渣安定性的判斷提供了依據(jù)。同時(shí),采用以鐵尾礦和石灰石組成的改性劑對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)爐鋼渣進(jìn)行改性,經(jīng)1350℃高溫改性和水冷處理后,其中f-MgO含量可由2.02%降低至0.89%,降幅達(dá)55.94%。高溫改性可以顯著降低游離氧化鎂的含量,有助于改善鋼渣安定性。
[Abstract]:The hydration expansion of free magnesium oxide in steel slag is easy to lead to poor stability, which limits the recovery and utilization of cement instead of cement. In this paper, the detection method of f-MgO by ammonium chloride and ethylene glycol titration is optimized. The results show that the presence of RO phase and magnesia-ferrite spinel phase and other components in steel slag have less interference on the detection of f-MgO content, and the accuracy of the test data is high, which provides a basis for judging the stability of steel slag.
