硼礦的堿解液制硼砂及提純研究

【摘要】:堿解法制硼砂工藝是一種操作簡單,堿解率高,收率相對較好的方法,該方法包含硼的浸出和轉(zhuǎn)化兩個(gè)過程,而后者偏硼酸鈉轉(zhuǎn)化為硼砂過程是制約堿解法制硼砂工藝收率大小的重要因素。除雜凈化更是決定著產(chǎn)品純度大小的重要環(huán)節(jié)。通過調(diào)節(jié)溶液pH或NaHCO_3添加量來考察硼砂轉(zhuǎn)化率的大小。結(jié)果顯示,當(dāng)溶液pH為9.0時(shí),轉(zhuǎn)化率達(dá)到82.7%,而當(dāng)添加NaHCO_3為理論量的1.3倍時(shí),轉(zhuǎn)化率高達(dá)86%。兩者共同作用時(shí),轉(zhuǎn)化率接近90%。另外,添加鹽酸調(diào)節(jié)pH時(shí)能夠更好地提高硼砂的純度。
[Abstract]:The alkaliolysis of borax is a simple method with high alkali hydrolysis rate and relatively good yield. The method includes two processes: leaching and transformation of boron. However, the conversion of sodium metaborate to borax is an important factor that restricts the yield of borax by alkali hydrolysis, and impurity purification is an important part of determining the purity of the product. By adjusting the pH of the solution or the amount of NaHCO_3 added to the product, the investigation is made. The size of the borax conversion rate. The results show that, When pH was 9.0, the conversion rate reached 82.7 and when NaHCO_3 was 1.3 times of the theoretical amount, the conversion reached 86.The conversion rate was close to 90 when the two acted together. In addition, the purity of borax could be improved better by adding hydrochloric acid to adjust pH.
