【摘要】：針對(duì)母液蒸發(fā)的工藝特點(diǎn),提出了一種基于I-A Series控制系統(tǒng)的PID參數(shù)優(yōu)化整定方法。該方法基于PID控制回路的經(jīng)驗(yàn)參數(shù),再利用I-A Series控制系統(tǒng)中的前饋?zhàn)哉K,得出優(yōu)化的PID控制參數(shù),改善了系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)態(tài)特性,提高了穩(wěn)態(tài)精度。通過實(shí)際生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用,該系統(tǒng)完全滿足生產(chǎn)工藝要求。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of the evaporation process of mother liquor, a method of optimizing the PID parameters based on I-A Series control system is proposed. The method is based on the empirical parameters of the PID control loop and uses the feedforward self-tuning module in I-A Series control system. The optimized PID control parameters improve the dynamic characteristics of the system and improve the steady-state precision. Through practical application, the system fully meets the requirements of the production process.
