纖維增強(qiáng)型聚合物水泥防水漿料的制備與性能

【摘要】:聚合物水泥防水漿料(簡(jiǎn)稱JJ防水漿料)既具有聚合物的柔韌性、防水性,又具有水硬性材料強(qiáng)度高和耐水性好的特點(diǎn)。研究了聚合物乳液體系對(duì)JJ防水漿料性能的影響,并嘗試使用纖維增強(qiáng)防水漿料改善抗開裂性能。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)聚灰比為0.148時(shí),聚合物乳液玻璃化溫度(T_g)對(duì)抗壓抗折強(qiáng)度的影響不明顯,但壓折比降低;苯丙乳液(T_g為-8℃)與丁苯乳液(T_g為14℃)復(fù)合體系比單一聚合物體系用于JJ防水漿料具有更好的綜合性能,最優(yōu)配比為苯丙∶丁苯=2∶3~3∶2。3 mm聚丙烯纖維對(duì)涂層動(dòng)態(tài)抗開裂性有明顯的提升,并且可解決柔性聚合物水泥基防水材料陰角厚涂開裂的難題,最優(yōu)用量為0.4%。
[Abstract]:Polymer cement waterproofing paste (JJ waterproofing slurry) has not only the flexibility and waterproofing property of polymer, but also the characteristics of high strength and good water resistance of hydraulic material. The effect of polymer emulsion system on the properties of JJ waterproofing slurry is studied. The experimental results show that the glass transition temperature of polymer emulsion (T g) has no obvious effect on the compressive strength of polymer emulsion when the ratio of polymer to cement is 0.148, but the ratio of compression to fracture is lower.
