擠出成型赤泥蜂窩材料工藝和性能研究

【摘要】:隨著制鋁工業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,鋁廠氧化鋁生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生的副產(chǎn)物廢渣赤泥,由于其強(qiáng)堿性成為不容忽視的環(huán)境污染物。對(duì)赤泥的低成本處理和資源化利用逐步成為近些年來專家學(xué)者研究的熱點(diǎn)。而近些年來氮氧化物的污染問題也日益嚴(yán)重,成為我國“十二五”污染減排工作的重點(diǎn)。本論文總結(jié)前人工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),本著“以廢治廢”理念,以赤泥為主要原材料,通過擠出成型工藝制備赤泥蜂窩陶瓷,并通過涂覆工藝制備出整體式脫硝催化劑以脫除工廠鍋爐尾氣中的氮氧化物,為我國環(huán)保工作提供了一條切實(shí)有效的途徑。本論文以原赤泥為主要原材料,通過添加各種助劑制得到赤泥膏體,然后通過擠出成型工藝制備赤泥蜂窩陶瓷材料,其中通過正交實(shí)驗(yàn)考察了水粉比、造孔劑、潤滑劑、粘結(jié)劑對(duì)擠出成型工藝的影響。經(jīng)測(cè)試赤泥蜂窩坯體在1175℃下燒結(jié)制備的赤泥蜂窩陶瓷抗壓強(qiáng)度達(dá)到14.5MPa,孔隙率62.8%,吸水率21.4%,基本上滿足蜂窩陶瓷國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T 25994-2010的要求。載體涂覆液的性能直接影響整體脫硝催化劑的使用壽命,本論文通過篩選實(shí)驗(yàn)確定TiO2涂覆液的原材料為納米級(jí)銳鈦礦TiO2,然后考察了酸對(duì)基體預(yù)處理以及尿素、甲基纖維素劑涂層性能的影響。整體式脫硝催化劑以赤泥蜂窩陶瓷為骨架,涂覆高比表面積的載體和活性組分制備而成。通過篩選實(shí)驗(yàn)確定載體為TiO2,活性組分為V2O5,經(jīng)測(cè)試當(dāng)Ti O2的負(fù)載量為20%,V2O5負(fù)載量為1%,在325℃時(shí)脫硝效率高達(dá)96%。
