礦化劑對(duì)非水解溶膠-凝膠法合成堇青石粉體的影響

【摘要】:在采用非水解溶膠-凝膠法合成堇青石粉體的基礎(chǔ)上,研究礦化劑對(duì)非水解溶膠-凝膠法合成堇青石粉體的影響。利用DTA-TG、XRD和FT-IR等測(cè)試手段研究了礦化劑種類對(duì)非水解溶膠-凝膠法合成堇青石粉體的影響,添加礦化劑條件下非水解溶膠-凝膠法合成堇青石粉體的相轉(zhuǎn)變過(guò)程,并對(duì)礦化劑的作用機(jī)制進(jìn)行了初步探討。結(jié)果表明:添加礦化劑條件下,非水解溶膠-凝膠法制備的堇青石前驅(qū)體凝膠熱處理中的相轉(zhuǎn)變過(guò)程為:無(wú)定型堇青石于900℃開始直接轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)棣?堇青石相。硼酸由于能增強(qiáng)了凝膠中的Mg-O-Al、Mg-O-Si和Al-O-Si鍵合,同時(shí)硼離子高溫下進(jìn)入α-堇青石的晶格形成有限固溶體及促進(jìn)體系形成液相,因而能降低α-堇青石相合成溫度。
[Abstract]:Based on the synthesis of cordierite powder by unhydrolyzed sol-gel method, The effect of mineralizers on the synthesis of cordierite powders by unhydrolyzed sol-gel method was studied. The effects of mineralizers on the synthesis of cordierite powders by unhydrolyzed sol-gel method were studied by means of DTA-TGX XRD and FT-IR. The phase transition process of cordierite powder synthesized by non-hydrolytic sol-gel method under the condition of adding mineralizer was discussed.
