無硫可膨脹石墨的制備及特征

【摘要】:以內(nèi)蒙古固定碳質(zhì)量分數(shù)為98.86%的天然鱗片石墨為原料,高錳酸鉀、硝酸與高氯酸的混酸為氧化插層劑,采用化學氧化法直接插層制備可膨脹石墨。探究混酸配比(質(zhì)量比)及用量、高錳酸鉀質(zhì)量分數(shù)、反應溫度、反應時間等因素對可膨脹石墨膨化效果的影響。最佳制備工藝條件為:m(石墨)∶m(高錳酸鉀)∶m(混酸)為1∶0.10∶4.5,混酸中硝酸的質(zhì)量分數(shù)為8%,反應溫度為40℃,反應時間為45 min,此條件下制得的可膨脹石墨的膨脹容積為410 m L/g。各階段產(chǎn)物的XRD、FTIR、SEM分析表明,插層后碳層邊緣呈現(xiàn)卷曲、張裂和剝離,層間距增大,膨脹后形成獨特的"微胞"蠕蟲狀、貫通柳葉狀、不規(guī)則多邊形的三級孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:Natural flake graphite with fixed carbon content of 98.86% in Inner Mongolia was used as raw material, potassium permanganate, mixed acid of nitric acid and perchloric acid as oxidation intercalation agent. The expandable graphite was prepared by direct intercalation by chemical oxidation. The ratio and dosage of mixed acid, the mass fraction of potassium permanganate and the reaction temperature were investigated. The effect of reaction time on the expansion effect of expandable graphite was studied.
