氧化鋯晶須的制備工藝

【摘要】:用回流工藝制備的氧化鋯干凝膠粉作為原料,采用非水解溶膠-凝膠工藝結(jié)合熔鹽法制備氧化鋯晶須。借助熱重-差熱分析、X射線衍射儀、場(chǎng)發(fā)射掃描電子顯微鏡和透射電子顯微鏡等研究了氧化鋯干凝膠粉在NaVO_3熔鹽體系中的物相轉(zhuǎn)變過(guò)程,探討了反應(yīng)前驅(qū)體種類、熱處理溫度及時(shí)間等工藝參數(shù)對(duì)制備氧化鋯晶須的影響。結(jié)果表明:反應(yīng)前驅(qū)體的活性、熱處理溫度及時(shí)間均對(duì)氧化鋯晶須的形成有較大影響;以回流工藝下獲得的干凝膠粉為反應(yīng)前驅(qū)體,優(yōu)選熱處理溫度為900℃、熱處理時(shí)間為5 h,能夠制得平均直徑為110 nm,平均長(zhǎng)徑比大于18且沿[010]方向生長(zhǎng)的單斜氧化鋯晶須。
[Abstract]:Zirconia whiskers were prepared from zirconia xerogel powder prepared by refluxing process using unhydrolyzed sol-gel process and molten salt method. The phase transition process of zirconia xerogel powder in NaVO_3 molten salt system was studied by field emission scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The effect of heat treatment temperature and time on the preparation of zirconia whisker. The results show that the activity of reaction precursor, heat treatment temperature and time have great influence on the formation of zirconia whisker. Using the xerogel powder obtained under the reflux process as the reaction precursor, the monoclinic zirconia whisker with an average diameter of 110 nm and an average aspect ratio of more than 18 and growing along the direction of [010] can be prepared by heat treatment at 900 鈩,
