DBHFC陰極Pt-Ag-Co合金納米催化劑的制備及電催化性能研究

【摘要】:直接NaBH4/H2O2燃料電池(DBHFC)作為堿性燃料電池研究新方向,因其具有轉(zhuǎn)換效率高、清潔無(wú)污染、高的質(zhì)量比能量以及原料易于儲(chǔ)存和運(yùn)輸,能應(yīng)用于水下、太空等一些特殊環(huán)境等優(yōu)點(diǎn)而備受關(guān)注。目前,在陽(yáng)極催化劑研究相對(duì)成熟的條件下,科學(xué)研究者們主要致力于其陰極催化劑的研究。貴金屬Pt作為陰極主要的催化劑因其資源有限,價(jià)格昂貴而在一定程度上限制了這類(lèi)燃料電池在商業(yè)上的應(yīng)用。因此,制備出能代替貴金屬Pt又能對(duì)H2O2保持高催化活性的催化劑已經(jīng)成為了最近研究的熱點(diǎn)。本文主要采用浸漬-還原的方法制備了以碳粉VulcanXC-72為載體,不同還原反應(yīng)時(shí)間(2h,3.5h,5h)和不同比例的Pt-Ag/C, Pt-Ag-Co/C催化劑,通過(guò)TEM.XRD對(duì)上述催化劑進(jìn)行了表征。利用CHI660d電化學(xué)工作站分別在酸性(H2SO4)、堿性(NaOH)條件下對(duì)它們進(jìn)行了不同溫度(20℃,25℃,30℃,40℃),不同電解質(zhì)濃度M (NaOH) =0.5M,1M,2M,3M以及不同反應(yīng)物濃度M(H2O2)=0.03M,0.1M,0.15M,0.2M下的電化學(xué)性能測(cè)試。XRD,TEM結(jié)果表明:所制備的催化劑材料均為面心立方結(jié)構(gòu),催化劑顆粒能很好的分布在碳載體上,二元催化劑粒徑在10nm左右,三元催化劑的粒徑大小為2-4nm.。CV結(jié)果表明:在Pt/C催化劑中引入單金屬Ag制備成Pt-Ag/C催化劑,在一定程度上提高了催化劑的催化活性,而在Pt-Ag/C催化劑引入Co制成Pt-Ag-Co/C催化劑,其催化效果要優(yōu)于Pt-Ag/C催化劑。測(cè)定了Pt-Ag-Co比例分別為5-10-15,10-10-15時(shí)的交流阻抗,在25℃時(shí),分別以Pt-Ag-Co (5-10-15, (10-10-15)為陰極催化劑,商業(yè)Pt/C(40%)為陽(yáng)極催化劑制成了直接NaBH4/H2O2燃料電池(DBHFC),并測(cè)定了這兩種電池分別在H2O2濃度分別0.06mol/L,0.2mol/L時(shí)的恒電流放電曲線,由此計(jì)算出兩種電池的功率密。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明以Pt-Ag-Co (10-10-15)為陰極催化劑的DBHFC在H2O2濃度為0.2mol/L時(shí)擁有良好的電池性能,常溫下的最大功率密度為110.7m W/cm2。
[Abstract]:Direct NaBH4/H2O2 fuel cell (DBHFC) is a new research direction of alkaline fuel cell, because of its high conversion efficiency, clean and pollution-free, high mass specific energy and easy storage and transportation of raw materials, it can be used under water. Space and other special environmental advantages have attracted much attention. At present, under the condition of relatively mature anode catalyst research, Scientific researchers focus on their cathodic catalysts. The use of precious metal Pt as cathode catalyst is limited to some extent because of its limited resources and high cost. The preparation of catalysts that can replace precious metal Pt and maintain high catalytic activity for H2O2 has become a hot topic in recent years. In this paper, carbon powder VulcanXC-72 was prepared by impregnation and reduction. Different reduction reaction time was 2 h ~ 3.5 h ~ 5 h) and Pt-Ag / C / C / Pt-Ag-Co/C catalyst was used as catalyst. The catalysts were characterized by TEM.XRD.
