黏性Geldart B類顆粒流化特性實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:本文基于多源X射線層析成像技術(shù)及聯(lián)合代數(shù)重建算法(SART)首次重構(gòu)出黏性B類顆粒流化時(shí)局部氣泡的三維形態(tài),并結(jié)合壓力脈動(dòng)分析技術(shù)獲得了豐富的全局流態(tài)化信息。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,黏性力的增加強(qiáng)化了氣泡間的合并作用,導(dǎo)致氣泡的尺寸上升,頻率和速度下降,當(dāng)床溫超過(guò)35℃后,節(jié)涌狀態(tài)被激發(fā),并與自由流化狀態(tài)交替產(chǎn)生。而且,黏性力越大,節(jié)涌在流化過(guò)程中所占的時(shí)間比例越長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:Based on the multi-source X-ray tomography and the combined algebraic reconstruction algorithm, the three-dimensional morphology of local bubbles in viscous B particle fluidization is reconstructed for the first time in this paper.
