氣隙式膜蒸餾法濃縮氫氧化鈉溶液的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:利用能量回收氣隙式膜蒸餾組件濃縮氫氧化鈉溶液,研究了進(jìn)料溫度、流速、濃度對膜通量、造水比和截留率的影響.結(jié)果表明,膜通量和造水比隨著進(jìn)料溫度T_3升高而增大,隨著進(jìn)料濃度的增加而減小;料液流量增加時(shí)膜通量增大,造水比降低.當(dāng)料液濃度為110g/L,進(jìn)料溫度T_1為40.0℃,T_3為95.0℃、流量為15L/h時(shí),膜通量為6.3kg/(m~2·h),造水比為5.1,截留率可達(dá)99.9%.
[Abstract]:The effects of feed temperature, flow rate and concentration on membrane flux, water ratio and retention rate were studied by using energy recovery air gap membrane distillation module to concentrate sodium hydroxide solution. The results showed that the membrane flux and water ratio increased with the increase of feed temperature T _ 3. With the increase of feed concentration, the membrane flux increases and the feed ratio decreases. When the feed concentration is 110 g / L, the feed temperature T _ 1 is 40.0 鈩,
