基于細(xì)觀層次再生混凝土二維有限元模型研究

【摘要】:基于宏觀層次將再生混凝土材料看作均質(zhì)同一材料,進(jìn)行大量的試驗(yàn)對(duì)其進(jìn)行研究,試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中受到條件、環(huán)境、物力、人力、財(cái)力等因素的影響,很多情況下試驗(yàn)開(kāi)展存在困難,且宏觀研究不能完全合理地解釋再生混凝土裂紋擴(kuò)展、應(yīng)力應(yīng)變特征及損傷演化規(guī)律等問(wèn)題,因此,需從細(xì)微觀角度進(jìn)一步研究,解決宏觀上存在問(wèn)題,目前細(xì)觀數(shù)值模擬方法是再生混凝土細(xì)觀研究中一種有效可行的方法,但缺乏成熟的細(xì)觀有限元分析模型,本文以再生混凝土二維細(xì)觀骨料模型展開(kāi)研究,論文主要工作及結(jié)論有以下四點(diǎn):(1)基于再生混凝土的再生骨料和原生骨料形態(tài)和分布的隨機(jī)特性,運(yùn)用蒙特卡羅方法、隨機(jī)數(shù)產(chǎn)生原理、富勒級(jí)數(shù)和瓦拉文公式等相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ),根據(jù)課題組前期大量試驗(yàn)工作,應(yīng)用ANSYS軟件APDL參數(shù)化語(yǔ)言編程,編寫符合其特點(diǎn)和要求的通用算法流程和命令流。根據(jù)骨料分布特征,建立了兩種形狀骨料的再生混凝土二維隨機(jī)模型,即:圓形和多邊形。通過(guò)不同骨料填充顆粒數(shù)(25顆、50顆、75顆和100顆)、不同再生骨料摻量(0%、25%、50%和75%)和不同隨機(jī)次數(shù)(4次)三個(gè)變量參數(shù)對(duì)兩種隨機(jī)骨料模型流程算法進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。(2)根據(jù)數(shù)字圖像處理技術(shù)在工程中應(yīng)用成功實(shí)例和前人對(duì)再生混凝土性能研究工作基礎(chǔ),本文建立了一種新的細(xì)觀骨料模型主要運(yùn)用“三種軟件,兩種手段”一數(shù)字圖像骨料模型。數(shù)字圖像骨料模型建立過(guò)程中骨料分布圖像來(lái)源于再生混凝土試塊切割和提取處理,根據(jù)再生混凝土數(shù)字圖像骨料模型流程建立了三種再生粗骨料摻量(0%、30%和50%)的細(xì)觀骨料有限元模型。(3)根據(jù)課題需要,試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)了三組再生骨料摻量試件:0%、30%和50%,配合比設(shè)計(jì)、試塊養(yǎng)護(hù)等按照試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。測(cè)得三項(xiàng)工作,即:立方體抗壓強(qiáng)度、破裂過(guò)程及應(yīng)力應(yīng)變變化曲線。研究了再生粗骨料的摻量和形狀兩個(gè)變量對(duì)再生混凝土強(qiáng)度的影響,分析其影響機(jī)理。(4)運(yùn)用三種模型創(chuàng)建算法及流程,建立了滿足試驗(yàn)要求的三種細(xì)觀骨料模型,模擬了不同再生骨料摻量的三組立方體抗壓試驗(yàn)的應(yīng)變變化云圖、宏觀力學(xué)響應(yīng)和裂縫形態(tài)發(fā)展過(guò)程,通過(guò)上述所有分析,從模型生成過(guò)程、模型模擬結(jié)果和模型優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)等方面對(duì)三種模型進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,認(rèn)為再生混凝土更具有推廣意義的模型—再生混凝土隨機(jī)多邊形細(xì)觀骨料模型,最后通過(guò)其他研究學(xué)者相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)及數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果對(duì)該模型進(jìn)行對(duì)比,結(jié)果基本符合試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:Based on the macro level will be the same as the recycled concrete material of homogeneous materials, a lot of tests to study, by the conditions in the process of test environment, material resources, human resources, influence and other factors, many cases are difficult to carry out the test, and the macro research can not fully explain the recycled concrete crack propagation, stress the problem, stress strain characteristics and damage evolution etc. Therefore, from the micro angle of further research, to solve the problems on macroscopic, mesoscopic numerical simulation method at present is recycled concrete meso research in an effective and feasible method, but the lack of mature micro finite element analysis model, this paper conducted a study on recycled concrete two dimensional micro aggregate model, the main work and conclusions are the following four points: (1) the random characteristics of recycled concrete aggregate and the original aggregate morphology and distribution based on the use of Mongolia Monte Carlo method, random number generation principle, relevant theoretical basis and besides Fuller series formula, according to previous experimental work, the application of ANSYS software APDL parametric programming language, compile general algorithm and command in accordance with the characteristics and requirements of the aggregate flow. According to the distribution characteristics of a two-dimensional stochastic model of recycled concrete, two the shape of aggregate: circular and polygon filling. Through different aggregate particle number (25 teeth, 50 teeth, 75 teeth and 100 teeth), different amount of recycled aggregate (0%, 25%, 50% and 75%) and different random number (4) of three variable parameters to verify two kinds of random aggregate model of process the algorithm. (2) according to the digital image processing technology and the previous successful application in engineering research work based on the properties of recycled concrete, this paper established a new micro aggregate model mainly uses three kinds of software, two kinds of hand "A digital image. Digital image aggregate aggregate model model of distribution of the image source aggregate in recycled concrete specimens of cutting and extraction, three kinds of recycled coarse aggregate quantity is established based on the digital image process of recycled concrete aggregate model (0%, 30% and 50%) of the micro aggregate finite element model (3). According to the need of the subject, design three groups of recycled aggregate specimens: 0%, 30% and 50%, mix design, test block curing test according to test standard. The measured three tasks, namely: compressive strength, rupture process and stress-strain curve. The effect of recycled coarse aggregate the content and shape of two variables on the strength of recycled concrete, analyzing the influence mechanism. (4) using three kinds of models to create algorithms and processes, is developed to satisfy the test requirements of the three micro aggregate model, simulate the amount of recycled aggregate The strain variation of three groups of cube compressive test, macro mechanical response and crack shape development, through all of the above analysis, generated from the model, simulation results and model advantages and disadvantages on the comparative analysis of three models, that recycled concrete has the significance of popularizing model of recycled concrete meso random polygon aggregate model finally, by other researchers related data and numerical simulation results of the model comparison results are consistent with the experimental results.
