電場活化水拌和水泥混凝土性能的研究

【摘要】:為了改善水泥混凝土的性能,目前最常用的方法就是在攪拌過程中加入混凝土外加劑和礦物摻合料;炷镣饧觿┖偷V物摻合料的添加雖然能一定程度地改善混凝土的性能,但同時也帶來了諸多問題(如配料成本增加等);诖呕韬退嗷炷脸晒Φ脑囼炑芯亢蛻脤嵗,以及電液壓脈沖活化水拌和水泥混凝土成熟的試驗研究,加之電場活化水改善水泥砂漿綜合性能的試驗驗證,本文展開了利用電場活化水拌和水泥混凝土的研究,以探究電場活化水對于水泥混凝土性能的影響效果。本文整體采用了理論分析結合試驗驗證的方法。首先理論分析了水的結構特性,闡明了水能被電場能量活化的可行性和機理;借鑒磁化水、電液壓脈沖活化水和電場活化水拌和水泥混凝土(或水泥砂漿)的成功經驗,利用實驗室現(xiàn)有的兩套電場活化水生產裝置分別以靜置和循環(huán)流動的方式對普通自來水進行了活化處理(直至活化水的理化性質趨于穩(wěn)定,不再有大幅的變化),分析對比了四種電場活化水相對于普通水理化性質的改變程度,最終選擇采用高頻電場以循環(huán)流動活化處理方式生產的活化水進行水泥混凝土拌和的試驗研究。然后理論分析了水泥的水化反應、水泥混凝土性能及其各自的影響因素,對高頻電場活化水能夠加快水泥的水化反應進而改善混凝土的性能進行了推理闡釋。最后設計實施了高頻電場活化水與普通水拌和水泥混凝土的對比試驗和時效性試驗,驗證了高頻電場活化水對于水泥混凝土性能的改善效果。試驗結果顯示:相比于普通水,高頻電場活化水在改善新拌混凝土混合料的流動性、含氣量、容重和硬化混凝土的抗壓強度以及自身時效性方面,對于C20和C40混凝土有明顯的效果,但對于C30凝土,效果則不太明顯;高頻電場活化水在改善新拌混凝土混合料的保水性、粘聚性以及硬化混凝土的微觀結構方面,對于三種強度等級的混凝土均有明顯效果;高頻電場活化水在改善新拌混凝土混合料的均勻性方面,沒有明顯的規(guī)律性,且對于不同強度等級的混凝土,其效果也各有差異。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the performance of cement concrete, the most commonly used method is to add concrete admixture and mineral admixture in the mixing process. Although the addition of concrete admixture and mineral admixture can improve the performance of concrete to a certain extent, But at the same time, it also brings many problems (such as increasing burden cost, etc.) based on the successful experimental research and application examples of magnetized water mixing cement concrete, as well as the experimental research on the maturation of electro-hydraulic pulse activated water mixing cement concrete, In addition to the test verification of improving the comprehensive performance of cement mortar by using electric field activated water, the study of using electric field activated water to mix cement concrete has been carried out in this paper. In order to explore the effect of electric field activated water on the performance of cement concrete, the method of theoretical analysis and experimental verification is adopted in this paper. Firstly, the structure characteristics of water are theoretically analyzed. The feasibility and mechanism of water activation by electric field energy are expounded, and the successful experience of mixing cement concrete (or cement mortar) with magnetized water, electro hydraulic pulse activated water and electric field activated water is described. In this paper, two sets of electric field activated water production units are used in laboratory to treat common tap water by static and circulating flow respectively (until the physical and chemical properties of activated water tend to be stable. There is no significant change in the physical and chemical properties of four kinds of electric field activated water compared with ordinary water. Finally, the experimental study of cement concrete mixing is carried out by using activated water produced by high frequency electric field and cyclic flow activation treatment. Then, the hydration reaction of cement, the performance of cement concrete and their respective influencing factors are analyzed theoretically. The high frequency electric field activated water can accelerate the hydration reaction of cement and improve the performance of concrete. Finally, the contrast test and time effect test between high frequency electric field activated water and ordinary water mixing cement concrete are designed and implemented. The experimental results show that the high frequency electric field activated water can improve the fluidity and air content of fresh concrete mixture, compared with ordinary water, the high frequency electric field activated water can improve the performance of cement concrete. In terms of bulk density and compressive strength of hardened concrete as well as its own timeliness, it has obvious effect on C20 and C40 concrete, but not on C30 concrete. High frequency electric field activated water can improve the water retention of fresh concrete mixture. In terms of cohesion and microstructure of hardened concrete, it has obvious effect on three kinds of strength grade concrete, and high frequency electric field activated water has no obvious regularity in improving the uniformity of fresh concrete mixture. And for the different strength grade concrete, its effect also has the difference.
