用于堿性膜燃料電池的SEBS基陰離子交換樹脂

【摘要】:堿性陰離子交換樹脂作為堿性膜燃料電池膜電極催化層中的離子導(dǎo)體和粘結(jié)劑,對構(gòu)建穩(wěn)定的立體化電極催化層結(jié)構(gòu)以及堿性膜燃料電池的性能和穩(wěn)定性具有重要影響。以聚(苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯)三嵌段聚合物(SEBS)為基材,經(jīng)過氯甲基化、三乙胺季胺化、堿化,制備了不溶于水,但能夠溶于低沸點(diǎn)溶劑(正丙醇和四氫呋喃混合溶劑)的陰離子交換樹脂(AEI)。通過流延法將AEI成膜,并且測試了膜的吸水率、溶脹率、離子交換容量和氫氧根離子電導(dǎo)率,結(jié)果表明:膜的溶脹率為20%,離子交換容量為0.21 mmol/g,在80℃時離子電導(dǎo)率達(dá)到16.2 mS/cm。用這種AEI制備電極組裝電池,在H_2/O_2堿性膜燃料電池的測試中表現(xiàn)出良好的性能和穩(wěn)定性,電池的開路電壓達(dá)到1.04 V,峰值功率密度達(dá)到153 mW/cm~2;在100 mA/cm~2電流密度條件下的穩(wěn)定性測試中,初始電池電壓在0.7 V以上,電池運(yùn)行30 h后,電池電壓未發(fā)生明顯降低。
[Abstract]:Basic anion exchange resin is used as ionic conductor and binder in membrane electrode catalytic layer of alkaline membrane fuel cell. The structure of catalytic layer of three-dimensional electrode and the performance and stability of alkaline membrane fuel cell were greatly affected by chloromethylation of poly (styrene-ethylene-butene-styrene) triblock polymer (SEBSs). The anion exchange resin (AEI), which is insoluble in water but soluble in low boiling point solvent (mixed solvent of n-propanol and tetrahydrofuran), was prepared by triethylamine quaternary amination and alkalization. The AEI film was formed by flow extension, and the water absorption and swelling rate of the membrane were measured. The results of ion exchange capacity and hydroxyl ion conductivity show that the swelling ratio of the membrane is 20, the ion exchange capacity is 0.21 mmol / g, and the ionic conductivity reaches 16.2 mS-1 / cm at 80 鈩,
