【摘要】：利用微焦點(diǎn)工業(yè)CT對混凝土試件單軸壓縮過程分階段進(jìn)行原位掃描,獲得相應(yīng)的系列CT圖像。由數(shù)字體散斑法(Digital Volumetric Speckle Photography,DVSP)獲得了試件內(nèi)部三維位移場與應(yīng)變場。混凝土內(nèi)部非均勻細(xì)觀結(jié)構(gòu)可以作為散斑結(jié)構(gòu)成為變形信息的載體用于試件內(nèi)部變形的測量;通過位移場和應(yīng)變場的分析,揭示了試件內(nèi)部變形局部化區(qū)域的演化及破壞過程,局部化區(qū)域與試件最終破壞面位置相一致。根據(jù)試件的體積應(yīng)變隨軸向應(yīng)力的變化曲線分別定義了小于CT尺度微裂隙和CT尺度裂隙的發(fā)育點(diǎn),分別為峰值應(yīng)力的54.7%和82.0%,這兩點(diǎn)同時(shí)對應(yīng)著試件擴(kuò)容的起始點(diǎn)及塑性變形的起始點(diǎn)。結(jié)果表明,DVSP與CT技術(shù)相結(jié)合能夠直觀地揭示混凝土試件內(nèi)部變形局部化產(chǎn)生及發(fā)展過程,為三維變形的精細(xì)測量及可視化提供了方法。
[Abstract]:In situ scanning of concrete specimens during uniaxial compression was carried out by microfocal industrial CT. The 3D displacement field and strain field of the specimen were obtained by digital Volumetric Speckle photography with digital volume speckle method. The non-uniform mesoscopic structure of concrete can be used as the carrier of deformation information for speckle structure. The measurement of the internal deformation of the specimen; Through the analysis of displacement field and strain field, the evolution and failure process of the localized deformation region in the specimen are revealed. The localization region is consistent with the location of the ultimate failure surface of the specimen. According to the curves of the volume strain and axial stress of the specimen, the development points smaller than the CT size microfracture and the CT scale fracture are defined, respectively. The results show that the combination of DVSP and CT technology can directly reveal the process of the localization of deformation in concrete specimens, which corresponds to the initial point of expansion and the starting point of plastic deformation, respectively, which are 54.7% and 82.0 of the peak stress, respectively, and the results show that the combination of DVSP and CT technology can directly reveal the process of the localization of deformation in concrete specimens. It provides a method for fine measurement and visualization of three dimensional deformation.
