二氧化碲及其復(fù)合材料的制備與研究

【摘要】:本文探討了納米二氧化碲(Te O2NPs)、Te O2微晶、含氮碳量子點(diǎn)(NCDs)、Te O2/NCDs復(fù)合物以及稀土摻雜Te O2:Er3+/Yb3+和Te O2:Tm3+/Yb3+上轉(zhuǎn)換發(fā)光多孔微球的制備,并對(duì)它們的性質(zhì)進(jìn)行了一系列的研究。1.利用谷氨酸(Glu)和天冬氨酸(Asp)作為催化劑和修飾劑,水解亞碲酸鈉,制備出粒徑主要分布在30-80 nm的球形Te O2納米粒子(Te O2NPs)。采用紅外光譜分析Glu、Asp對(duì)Te O2NPs的化學(xué)吸附方式,根據(jù)羧基對(duì)稱伸縮振動(dòng)和反對(duì)稱伸縮振動(dòng)的絕對(duì)值判斷化學(xué)吸附模式,推論Glu對(duì)Te O2NPs的化學(xué)吸附為雙齒橋接,而Asp對(duì)Te O2NPs的化學(xué)吸附為雙齒螯合,并解析雙齒螯合的吸附過程。討論高溫對(duì)Te O2NPs形貌和結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,對(duì)Te O2NPs-Asp溶膠在180℃水熱和600℃煅燒條件下分別得到的產(chǎn)物Te O2/NCDs復(fù)合物、Te O2微晶的性質(zhì)進(jìn)行研究。2.分別采用Asp和Glu一步水熱法制備發(fā)藍(lán)光的NCDs。在前一章基礎(chǔ)上,在NCDs體系中利用Na2Te O3在酸性條件下水解的性質(zhì),制備Te O2/NCDs復(fù)合物。對(duì)比研究NCDs和Te O2/NCDs復(fù)合物的紅外光譜、XRD、熒光光譜,對(duì)復(fù)合物進(jìn)行了電化學(xué)測試,結(jié)果表明Te O2/NCDs復(fù)合物具有與NCDs近似的熒光性質(zhì)及良好的電化學(xué)活性。3.采用水熱和煅燒處理,以Te O2NPs為基質(zhì)摻入稀土離子Ln3+(Er3+、Tm3+、Yb3+),制備Te O2:Er3+/Yb3+上轉(zhuǎn)換黃光和Te O2:Tm3+/Yb3+上轉(zhuǎn)換藍(lán)光多孔微球。利用掃描電鏡對(duì)樣品水熱后、煅燒后的形貌和結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行觀察,解釋多孔微球的制備機(jī)理。研究了樣品上轉(zhuǎn)換發(fā)光性質(zhì)和機(jī)理。
[Abstract]:The preparation of nanocrystalline Tellurium oxide Te _ 2NPsO _ 2 microcrystals, N-containing carbon quantum dots (NCDs), Te _ 2 / O _ 2 / NCDs complexes and rare earth doped Te O _ 2: er _ 3 / Yb _ 3 and Te O _ 2: TM _ 3 / Yb _ 3 up-conversion photoluminescence porous microspheres were investigated. A series of studies were carried out on their properties. 1. Using glutamate Glu) and aspartic acid Aspas as catalysts and modifiers, sodium tellurite was hydrolyzed. The spherical Te O 2 nanoparticles, mainly distributed in 30-80 nm, were prepared. The chemical adsorption modes of Te O 2NPs were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy. The chemisorption modes were determined according to the absolute values of carboxyl symmetric stretching vibration and antisymmetric stretching vibration. It is inferred that the chemisorption of Te O 2NPs by Glu is a double tooth bridge, while the chemisorption of Asp to Te O 2NPs is a double tooth chelation, and the adsorption process of double teeth chelation is analyzed.
