兩種水處理工藝對再生水管網(wǎng)腐蝕的影響

【摘要】:基于某再生水廠現(xiàn)有水處理工藝,對其混凝沉淀和消毒工藝進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,通過掛片失重試驗(yàn)、掃描電鏡(SEM)觀察和X射線衍射(XRD)分析對比研究了兩種再生水處理工藝對管網(wǎng)腐蝕的影響。結(jié)果表明:優(yōu)化工藝出水的Larson指數(shù)和微生物活性比原工藝出水的顯著降低,金屬表面腐蝕層呈光滑晶態(tài)狀,在優(yōu)化工藝產(chǎn)出的再生水中,對管體起到保護(hù)作用的CaCO_3層從腐蝕初期就開始形成并貫穿整個(gè)腐蝕過程中,使再生水管網(wǎng)的腐蝕情況得到緩解,因此優(yōu)化工藝可有效地緩解鑄鐵管網(wǎng)的腐蝕。
[Abstract]:Based on the existing water treatment process in a reclaimed water plant, the coagulation, sedimentation and disinfection processes were optimized, and the weightlessness test was carried out by hanging tablets. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observation and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The effects of two reclaimed water treatment processes on pipe network corrosion were analyzed and compared. The results showed that the Larson index and microbial activity of the optimized effluent were significantly lower than that of the original effluent. The corrosion layer on the metal surface is smooth and crystalline. In the regenerated water produced by the optimized process, the CaCO_3 layer, which plays a protective role on the tube body, has been formed from the initial corrosion stage and runs through the whole corrosion process. The corrosion of regenerative pipe net is alleviated, so the optimized technology can effectively alleviate the corrosion of cast iron pipe net.
