多孔復合金屬膜的水熱法制備及其處理焦化脫硫廢液的性能

【摘要】:采用不銹鋼基體,以尿素為沉淀劑、硝酸鎳為鎳源,采用原位生長法在316L金屬氈上生長Ni-Fe類水滑石薄膜,隨后利用氫氣還原的方法制備了多孔復合金屬膜,并以焦化脫硫廢液為對象,考察了多孔復合金屬膜在廢水處理方面的性能。利用XRD、SEM、FTIR、壓汞儀等儀器對材料的結構和性能進行了表征。實驗結果表明,相比于基體,在90℃下水熱反應48 h所制備的多孔復合金屬膜的過濾精度有了很大提高,孔隙率為45.82%,純水通量達到5 743 L/(m2·min·MPa),過濾精度為0.324μm。使用該濾膜幾乎能完全去除焦化脫硫廢液中的懸浮顆粒物質,脫除率在99.99%以上。
[Abstract]:Ni-Fe hydrotalcite films were grown on 316L metal felt by in-situ growth with stainless steel substrate, urea as precipitant and nickel nitrate as source. Then the porous composite metal membrane was prepared by hydrogen reduction, and the performance of porous composite metal membrane in wastewater treatment was investigated by taking the waste liquor of coking desulfurization as the object. The structure and properties of the materials were characterized by means of mercury injection apparatus.
