高沸點升溶液蒸發(fā)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與分析

【摘要】:針對高沸點升溶液蒸發(fā)過程的特點,結(jié)合蒸汽壓縮機提升二次蒸汽壓力和溫度的實際能力,提出一種分級壓縮的機械蒸汽再壓縮(MVR)蒸發(fā)系統(tǒng),建立了分級壓縮和多級壓縮MVR蒸發(fā)系統(tǒng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,考察了溶液沸點升高、壓縮機壓縮比和一級排出液濃度等運行參數(shù)對蒸發(fā)系統(tǒng)能耗、蒸發(fā)器換熱面積、設(shè)備成本和系統(tǒng)總費用的綜合影響.結(jié)果表明,分級壓縮MVR蒸發(fā)系統(tǒng)適用于沸點升在15℃以上的物料,NaOH溶液濃縮的最優(yōu)操作工況為壓縮機壓縮比2.0、一級排出液濃度23%(w).相同蒸發(fā)水量下,分級壓縮MVR蒸發(fā)系統(tǒng)可節(jié)約47.83%的系統(tǒng)能耗和28.75%的設(shè)備成本,比多級壓縮MVR蒸發(fā)系統(tǒng)節(jié)能效果好.
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of high boiling point rising solution evaporation process and the practical ability of steam compressor to raise the secondary steam pressure and temperature, a mechanical steam recompression (MVR) evaporation system is proposed. The mathematical models of MVR evaporation system with stepwise compression and multistage compression were established. The operating parameters such as the increase of boiling point of solution, the compression ratio of compressor and the concentration of first-order discharge liquid were investigated for the energy consumption of evaporation system and the heat transfer area of evaporator. The combined effect of equipment costs and total system costs. The results show that, The optimal operating condition for the concentration of NaOH solution of materials with boiling point above 15 鈩,
