膜分離技術(shù)在化學(xué)鍍鎳清洗水回用中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:考察了反滲透膜(RO)和納濾膜(NF)在化學(xué)鍍鎳清洗水處理中的應(yīng)用,研究了操作溫度、運(yùn)行時間、操作壓力及濃縮倍數(shù)對產(chǎn)水流速和產(chǎn)水電導(dǎo)率的影響。構(gòu)建了納濾-反滲透膜系統(tǒng),先利用納濾膜濃縮清洗水,繼而以反滲透膜處理納濾膜產(chǎn)水。該系統(tǒng)在20 ℃,RO操作壓力3.5 MPa,NF操作壓力2.0 MPa的條件下,可將電導(dǎo)率為5790μS/cm的化學(xué)鍍鎳清洗水濃縮4倍,回收率約75%。
[Abstract]:The application of reverse osmosis membrane (RO) and nanofiltration membrane (NF) in electroless nickel plating cleaning water treatment was investigated. The operating temperature and operation time were studied. The effect of operating pressure and concentration multiple on water production flow rate and water conductivity. A nanofiltration reverse osmosis membrane system was constructed. First the nanofiltration membrane was used to concentrate and clean water.
