【摘要】：針對海洋沉積物孔隙水高鹽分的特性,實(shí)驗(yàn)采用稀釋法處理水樣,以離子色譜法測定其中的Li~+、Na~+、NH_4~+、K~+、Mg~(2+)、Ca~(2+)和Sr~(2+)等陽離子。探討了儀器的最佳測量條件,特別是試驗(yàn)了不同色譜柱的分析效果,確定使用CS12A分析柱。針對孔隙水的高鹽分,考察了稀釋倍數(shù)為500、200、100、50、20和10時(shí)Li~+、Na~+、NH_4~+、K~+、Mg~(2+)、Ca~(2+)和Sr~(2+)的測試效果。結(jié)果表明,采用CS12A色譜柱,7種陽離子可以較好分離,校準(zhǔn)曲線相關(guān)系數(shù)均大于0.999 3;孔隙水樣品稀釋100倍可測試Na~+、K~+、Mg~(2+)和Ca~(2+),稀釋20倍可測試Li~+、Sr~(2+)和NH_4~+。方法檢出限在0.13~1.14μg/L之間。對孔隙水樣品進(jìn)行精密度考察,結(jié)果的相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(RSD,n=11)在0.31%~1.7%之間;按照實(shí)驗(yàn)方法對孔隙水樣品48GC進(jìn)行測定,并進(jìn)行加標(biāo)回收實(shí)驗(yàn),回收率在90%~107%之間。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of high salinity of pore water in marine sediments, the water samples were treated by dilution method, and the cations such as Li~, Na~, NH_4~, K ~, Mg~ (2), Ca~ (2) and Sr~ (2) were determined by ion chromatography. The optimum measuring conditions of the instrument were discussed, especially the analytical results of different chromatographic columns were tested, and the CS12A analytical column was determined. For the high salt content of pore water, the results of Li~, Na~, NH_4~, K ~, Mg~ (2), Ca~ (2) and Sr~ (2) were investigated when the dilution multiples were 500, 200, 100, 50, 20 and 10:00. The results showed that the seven cations could be separated by CS12A column, and the correlation coefficients of calibration curve were more than 0.999. Na~, K2, Mg~ (2) and Ca~ (2) could be tested by dilution of pore water samples 20 times, and Li~, Sr~ (2) and NH_4~ could be tested by dilution 20 times.
