基于能量法的大直徑超長鋼管樁溜樁問題分析

【摘要】:海洋樁平臺采用大直徑超長樁,由于樁、錘的重量很大,沉樁過程中經(jīng)常發(fā)生溜樁現(xiàn)象。因此為了便于打樁控制,判斷溜樁的范圍是非常必要的。結(jié)合實際工程對溜樁的過程和發(fā)生機(jī)理進(jìn)行了探討;利用PCPT原位測量資料,基于能量法建立了判斷溜樁范圍的分析計算方法。針對南海油田典型的平臺樁沉樁過程中的溜樁問題進(jìn)行了分析計算,驗證了所提出的方法的合理性,可供樁設(shè)計以及沉樁施工參考。
[Abstract]:Large diameter and super long pile is used in offshore pile platform. Because of the large weight of pile and hammer, the phenomenon of sliding pile often occurs in the process of pile driving. Therefore, in order to facilitate the control of pile driving, it is very necessary to judge the range of pile slip. Combined with practical engineering, the process and occurrence mechanism of sliding pile are discussed, and an analysis and calculation method for judging the range of slip pile is established based on PCPT in situ measurement data and energy method. In this paper, the problem of sliding pile in the process of platform pile driving in Nanhai Oilfield is analyzed and calculated, and the rationality of the proposed method is verified, which can be used as a reference for pile design and pile driving construction.
