不同海洋微藻對(duì)石油污染的響應(yīng)差異

【摘要】:微藻對(duì)油污染物的不同響應(yīng),勢(shì)必造成其群落種類組成和結(jié)構(gòu)的變化,進(jìn)一步影響海洋生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的變遷。由于油污染對(duì)于浮游植物的影響具有污染源及生物響應(yīng)的多樣性、多維度性和復(fù)雜性,產(chǎn)生影響的時(shí)效長(zhǎng)但可顯示度低等特點(diǎn),造成該研究領(lǐng)域的極大限制。作者以石油標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品20-3和3種石油化學(xué)品(雙酚、對(duì)苯二甲酸、對(duì)二甲苯)作為油污染源,利用多孔板高通量檢測(cè)方法及大數(shù)據(jù)處理分析軟件Simca-P,對(duì)中國(guó)沿海常見(jiàn)單種微型藻類的種群消長(zhǎng)受油污染影響進(jìn)行了研究。以石油標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品20-3為油污染源,分析了31株微藻增殖對(duì)不同油標(biāo)濃度的不同響應(yīng);利用Simca-P軟件對(duì)3種不同濃度的石油化學(xué)品對(duì)4種典型微藻(柔弱角刺藻(Chaetoceros debilis)、球等鞭金藻(Isochrysis galbana)、東海原甲藻(Prorocentrum donghaiense)、劇毒卡羅藻(Karlodinum veneficum))增殖的影響進(jìn)行了比較分析。研究結(jié)果顯示:不同種類微藻因油污種類及其濃度不同,其響應(yīng)存在顯著差異。利用多孔板以及微藻的吸光特征,可以高通量快速篩查不同微藻對(duì)不同油污及其不同濃度的響應(yīng)差異,并利用計(jì)算機(jī)軟件對(duì)大數(shù)據(jù)的分析能力,挖掘和比較不同微藻與不同油污之間的相互關(guān)系,從而就油污染對(duì)微藻影響這種多維度復(fù)雜關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究。
[Abstract]:The different response of microalgae to oil pollutants is bound to cause the change of community species composition and structure, and further affect the changes of marine ecosystem. Because of the diversity of pollution sources and biological response, multi-dimension and complexity, the effect of oil pollution on zooplankton has the characteristics of long time limit but low display degree, which leads to great limitation in this research field. The results show that oil pollution has the characteristics of diversity of pollution sources and biological response, multi-dimension and complexity, and the long time limit of the influence. Using petroleum standard 20o3 and three petroleum chemicals (bisphenol, terephthalic acid, p-xylene) as oil pollution sources, the influence of oil pollution on the population growth and decline of single microalgae in coastal China was studied by using porous plate high throughput detection method and big data treatment and analysis software Simca-P,. Using petroleum standard 20o3 as oil pollution source, the different responses of 31 strains of microalgae proliferation to different oil standard concentrations were analyzed, and the effects of three different concentrations of petroleum chemicals on the proliferation of four typical microalgae, such as (Chaetoceros debilis), ball and so on, were compared and analyzed in this paper. The results showed that the responses of different species of microalgae were significantly different due to the different types and concentrations of oil pollution. By using the absorption characteristics of porous plates and microalgae, the responses of different microalgae to different oil pollution and their concentrations can be screened quickly and high throughput, and the analysis ability of big data by computer software is used to excavate and compare the relationship between different microalgae and different oil pollution, so as to study the multi-dimensional complex relationship of the influence of oil pollution on microalgae.
