【摘要】：推動海洋經(jīng)濟綠色化發(fā)展,是我國海洋生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的必由之路。將環(huán)境與經(jīng)濟綜合核算體系與我國海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展相結(jié)合,構(gòu)建綠色海洋生產(chǎn)總值核算體系,是海洋經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的必然選擇。同時,有必要針對沿海各省(區(qū)、市)綠色海洋經(jīng)濟發(fā)展差異性較大、海洋資源發(fā)展方式粗放等問題,進行研究探討并提出對策建議。
[Abstract]:To promote the green development of the marine economy is the only way to the construction of marine ecological civilization in our country. The combination of the environment and the economic integrated accounting system with the development of the marine industry in China is the inevitable choice for the development of the marine economy. At the same time, it is necessary to study and put forward some countermeasures to the problems such as the large difference of the green marine economic development in the provinces (regions and cities) of the sea and the extensive development of the marine resources.
