船舶與海洋工程經(jīng)營(yíng)管理系統(tǒng)研究
[Abstract]:Operation management is an important part of the project management of ship and ocean engineering, and the management system is a collection of technical methods, including price management technology, contract management technology, after-sales service management and full-life guarantee management. The mature and effective operation management system is the key to guarantee the production quality and reduce the production cost of the ship and the marine engineering enterprise. However, the research on the management system of the ship and the ocean engineering is very small, and the enterprise urgently needs the effective operation management system to guarantee the production quality, but in the way of the lack of the information level and the lack of the theoretical system. In order to solve the above problems, the key technology of the management of ship and ocean engineering is studied, and the prototype system is designed and developed according to the key technology achievements. This study is beneficial to the scientific and standardization of the management of ship and marine enterprises in China. This paper first analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of the application of the management theory and the management and management system; then, the applicability of the management theory to the ship and the ocean engineering is studied, and the design of the overall structure of the construction and operation management of the ship and the ocean engineering management system is completed; Secondly, the modeling technology of The Architecture of Integrated Information Systems (ARIS) and the UML (Unified Modeling Language) system is studied, and the model of the ship and ocean engineering management and management system is established. The plan-Do-Check-Action is used to optimize the contract management process. The general framework of the contract management module with the authority control is established, and the authority control strategy based on RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) is established, and the authority level management of the contract is realized; and finally, the development framework based on Spring and the B/ S (Browser/ Server) structure are adopted, The architecture of the ship and ocean engineering management system is designed, and the prototype system is developed and implemented based on the Java language and the ORACLE database, so as to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the ship and ocean engineering management and management system.
