綠潮硬毛藻衰亡分解過程中營養(yǎng)鹽的釋放規(guī)律

【摘要】:通過室內模擬,研究了不同環(huán)境條件下綠潮硬毛藻的分解速率,以及死亡藻體內營養(yǎng)鹽的釋放規(guī)律,以闡明硬毛藻大量衰亡對天鵝湖水質的潛在影響。結果顯示,溫度對硬毛藻分解速率的影響顯著(P0.01),高溫(30℃)可促進藻體的分解,而沉積物和營養(yǎng)鹽水平對分解的影響相對較小。在試驗前期(0~7 d),硬毛藻的分解速率較大,藻體中的P向水體大量釋放;而N的釋放量較低,并呈持續(xù)釋放的趨勢。P釋放率最高可達91.63%,而N僅為73.01%。溫度、沉積物對藻體N、P釋放的影響顯著(P0.01),各因子對藻體P釋放的影響效應表現(xiàn)為:溫度沉積物營養(yǎng)鹽水平;N釋放為:沉積物溫度營養(yǎng)鹽水平。高溫條件下,死亡藻體的N、P釋放率均較高。因此,在溫度較高的夏末秋初,應及時清理湖區(qū)中的死亡藻體,以免導致水質惡化,造成二次污染。
