潮間帶大型海藻氮穩(wěn)定同位素的環(huán)境指示作用

【摘要】：通過對煙臺潮間帶大型海藻組織中總碳(TC)、總氮(TN)、氮穩(wěn)定同位素(δ15N)和水環(huán)境參數(shù)的分析,對氮營養(yǎng)鹽來源進行了判定,并篩選了合適的指示性藻種。煙臺潮間帶大型海藻的δ15N值均位于6.18‰~10.99‰之間,指示了生活污水與養(yǎng)殖排放是海水氮營養(yǎng)鹽的主要來源。其中月亮灣(S1)主要受生活污水影響,養(yǎng)馬島(S3)受養(yǎng)殖排放影響更明顯,而漁人碼頭(S2)同時受生活污水和養(yǎng)殖排放影響。綠藻門的孔石莼(Ulva pertusa)和腸滸苔(Enteromorpha intestinalis)對氮營養(yǎng)鹽有較好的吸收和貯存能力,同時在利用氮營養(yǎng)鹽的過程中分餾作用不明顯,較適合于作為氮營養(yǎng)鹽來源的指示藻種。
