【摘要】：正當(dāng)今世界上人口、資源、環(huán)境之間的矛盾日益尖銳,開(kāi)發(fā)和利用海洋資源成為擴(kuò)大人類生存空間的必然選擇。科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展加強(qiáng)了對(duì)海洋的探索,大規(guī)模發(fā)展海洋經(jīng)濟(jì),已成為推動(dòng)21世紀(jì)全球經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的強(qiáng)大動(dòng)力。我國(guó)東臨大海,是太平洋上的海洋大國(guó),有300萬(wàn)km2的藍(lán)色海洋國(guó)土,海洋資源的保護(hù)、利用和海洋安全對(duì)于我國(guó)的發(fā)展具有極其重大的意義。在這種形勢(shì)下,迫切需要提高對(duì)開(kāi)發(fā)海洋資源和發(fā)展海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)的認(rèn)識(shí)。張耀光教授的新著《中國(guó)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)》正適合了當(dāng)前發(fā)展
[Abstract]:The contradiction between the population, the resources and the environment in the world is becoming more acute, and the development and use of marine resources have become the inevitable choice to expand the living space of mankind. The development of science and technology has strengthened the exploration of the ocean, and the large-scale development of the marine economy has become a powerful force to promote the global economic development of the 21 st century. The sea in the east of China is a great ocean power in the Pacific. It has a blue ocean land of 3 million km2. The protection, utilization and marine safety of marine resources are of great significance to the development of our country. In this context, there is an urgent need to raise awareness of the development of marine resources and the development of the marine economy.
