海底管道屈曲傳播中管壁與扣入式止屈器非線性接觸問題研究

【摘要】:運用二維環(huán)模型模擬管道,采用非線性離散彈簧模型模擬了管道外壁與扣入式止屈器內(nèi)壁之間的接觸.建立了其結(jié)構(gòu)的彈塑性本構(gòu)關(guān)系,構(gòu)建了海底管道二維屈曲接觸力學(xué)模型,研究分析了海底管道在屈曲和管壁接觸過程中的承載力、結(jié)構(gòu)變形以及截面應(yīng)力分布等的變化規(guī)律.為了驗證該理論分析方法的準(zhǔn)確性,將理論分析結(jié)果與ABAQUS軟件的模擬結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對比,結(jié)果吻合良好;最后,將理論計算得到的屈曲壓潰壓力和屈曲傳播壓力分別與ABAQUS軟件模擬結(jié)果及全比例管道屈曲試驗進(jìn)行了對比,證明了該理論方法的可靠性.該理論研究為進(jìn)一步研究管道的屈曲傳播力學(xué)機(jī)制和止屈技術(shù)奠定了基礎(chǔ).
[Abstract]:The two dimensional ring model is used to simulate the pipe and the nonlinear discrete spring model is used to simulate the contact between the outer wall of the pipe and the inner wall of the buckle type buckler. The elastoplastic constitutive relation of the structure is established, the two-dimensional buckling contact mechanics model of submarine pipeline is established, and the variation of bearing capacity, structural deformation and cross-section stress distribution of submarine pipeline in the process of buckling and pipe wall contact are studied. In order to verify the accuracy of the theoretical analysis method, the theoretical analysis results are compared with the simulation results of ABAQUS software, and the results are in good agreement. Finally, the calculated buckling pressure and buckling propagation pressure are compared with the simulation results of ABAQUS software and the full-scale pipeline buckling test, respectively, and the reliability of the theoretical method is proved. The theoretical study lays a foundation for further study on the mechanism of buckling propagation and anti-buckling technique.
