【摘要】：基于基尼系數(shù)分解模型,結(jié)合邊際效應(yīng)理論,對1996—2014年我國海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)的區(qū)域與結(jié)構(gòu)均衡性變動特征及內(nèi)在機(jī)制進(jìn)行了研究,提出有效改善海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域與結(jié)構(gòu)均衡性的主要方向。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):1996—2014年我國人均海洋產(chǎn)值和海岸線經(jīng)濟(jì)在密度不同的指標(biāo)下,區(qū)域均衡性整體呈現(xiàn)先變?nèi)鹾笞儚?qiáng)的變化趨勢,在人均海洋產(chǎn)值指標(biāo)下,三大區(qū)域內(nèi)部的均衡性在波動中提高;在海岸線經(jīng)濟(jì)密度指標(biāo)下,三大區(qū)域內(nèi)部均衡性在波動中有所下降;結(jié)構(gòu)均衡性同樣呈現(xiàn)先變?nèi)鹾笞儚?qiáng)的變化趨勢,海洋第一產(chǎn)業(yè)均衡性總體變化不大,海洋第二、三產(chǎn)業(yè)均衡性前期波動下降后期得到改善。通過基尼系數(shù)的邊際效應(yīng)發(fā)現(xiàn),提高我國北部地區(qū)海洋產(chǎn)值并在特定年份提高北部地區(qū)海岸線資源利用水平、南部海岸線資源利用水平,有利于改善我國海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域的均衡性;發(fā)展海洋第一產(chǎn)業(yè),在特定年份提高我國海洋第三產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值,有利于提高海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的均衡性,在當(dāng)今注重海洋第二、三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的同時,要時刻關(guān)注我國地區(qū)海洋第一產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Based on the Gini coefficient decomposition model and the marginal effect theory, the characteristics and internal mechanism of the regional and structural equilibrium changes of China's marine economy from 1996 to 2014 are studied. The main direction of improving the balance of marine economic region and structure is put forward. It is found that the regional equilibrium of marine output per capita and coastline economy in China from 1996 to 2014 shows the trend of weakening first and then becoming stronger under the different density index, and under the index of marine output per capita, The internal equilibrium of the three regions is improved in the fluctuation; Under the economic density index of the coastline, the internal equilibrium of the three major regions decreases in the fluctuation. The structural equilibrium also shows the trend of weakening first and then becoming stronger. The equilibrium of marine primary industry has little change in the whole, and the pre-fluctuation of the second and third industries is improved in the later stage. Through the marginal effect of Gini coefficient, it is found that the marine output value in the northern part of China is increased and the utilization level of shoreline resources in the northern part of China and the utilization level of shoreline resources in the southern part of China are increased in a given year. It is beneficial to improve the balance of marine economic region in China; Developing the marine primary industry and increasing the output value of our country's marine tertiary industry in a specific year are conducive to improving the balance of the marine economic structure. At the same time, we are paying attention to the development of the marine secondary and tertiary industries. Should pay close attention to the development of marine primary industry of our country area all the time.
