【摘要】：海霧是發(fā)生在海上的霧，是上海沿海的災(zāi)害性天氣之一，多發(fā)于冬春季節(jié)，常影響航線的正常運(yùn)行及航運(yùn)安全。至目前為止，上海沿海因海霧造成的海上事故大約占海上各類事故總數(shù)的48％。能見(jiàn)度是海霧發(fā)生與否的一個(gè)判斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，一般而言，海上能見(jiàn)度越低，則海上發(fā)生事故的概率越高。當(dāng)能見(jiàn)度≤200m時(shí)，極易發(fā)生海難事故。本文利用上海沿海僅有的兩個(gè)具有能見(jiàn)度數(shù)據(jù)的海洋站觀測(cè)資料、上海海事局海上事故資料、遙感資料等，討論了該海域海霧形成的頻率變化特征、海霧生消的時(shí)空變化規(guī)律及持續(xù)性特征等。同時(shí)運(yùn)用相關(guān)、合成、回歸等方法，，研究了上海沿海海霧形成和維持的水文氣象條件及影響因素。通過(guò)比對(duì)霧日，并結(jié)合天氣圖和NCEP再分析資料等，得出了海霧形成期間的主要天氣形勢(shì)及各類形勢(shì)所占比例。
[Abstract]:Sea fog is one of the disastrous weather along the coast of Shanghai, which usually occurs in winter and spring. It often affects the normal operation of shipping routes and the safety of shipping. Up to now, the sea accidents caused by sea fog along the coast of Shanghai account for 48% of the total number of accidents at sea. Visibility is a criterion for judging whether sea fog occurs or not. Generally speaking, the lower the visibility, the higher the probability of maritime accidents. When the visibility is less than 200 m, it is easy to happen marine accident. In this paper, the frequency variation characteristics of sea fog formation in Shanghai coastal area are discussed by using only two ocean station observation data with visibility data, sea accident data and remote sensing data of Shanghai Maritime Safety Bureau. The temporal and spatial changes and persistence characteristics of sea fog. At the same time, the hydrometeorological conditions and influencing factors for the formation and maintenance of sea fog along the coast of Shanghai were studied by means of correlation, synthesis and regression. By comparing the fog days and combining the weather chart and NCEP reanalysis data, the main weather situation and the proportion of various kinds of situation during the formation of sea fog are obtained.
