基于全尺寸疲勞試驗(yàn)的海洋柔性立管安全可靠性研究

【摘要】:海洋柔性立管是由多層高強(qiáng)度的金屬層與聚合物層通過(guò)粘結(jié)或非粘結(jié)的方式組合而成。相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)金屬管道而言,柔性立管具有易安裝、易鋪設(shè)、撓性大、抗腐蝕等優(yōu)點(diǎn),所以在近海石油開(kāi)采中得到廣泛使用,管道的安全可靠性不容忽視。為保持原油開(kāi)采生產(chǎn)力和避免環(huán)境災(zāi)難的發(fā)生,對(duì)于深入了解在動(dòng)載作用下柔性立管性能響應(yīng)及量化整個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)破壞程度是十分必要的。本文基于立管全尺寸疲勞試驗(yàn)對(duì)海洋柔性管道安全可靠性進(jìn)行研究,旨在通過(guò)柔性立管全尺寸疲勞試驗(yàn)量化管道所受風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素的影響,從而制定管道風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制措施、減少立管安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn),增強(qiáng)管道的安全可靠性。 考慮到海洋環(huán)境的荷載對(duì)柔性立管的長(zhǎng)期作用,海洋柔性立管的安全缺乏保障。本文通過(guò)對(duì)柔性立管疲勞試驗(yàn)研究與設(shè)計(jì)量化管道對(duì)實(shí)際海況的動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)性能,對(duì)海洋柔性立管的疲勞損傷進(jìn)行計(jì)算評(píng)估并進(jìn)行疲勞壽命的預(yù)測(cè)。疲勞試驗(yàn)流程包括前期的特定海況數(shù)據(jù)的收集、根據(jù)海況數(shù)據(jù)試驗(yàn)工況的轉(zhuǎn)化、立管疲勞試驗(yàn)、試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的分析、疲勞壽命計(jì)算與預(yù)測(cè)、改進(jìn)措施、管道實(shí)際應(yīng)用數(shù)據(jù)反饋。重點(diǎn)研究立管全尺寸疲勞試驗(yàn)的設(shè)計(jì)與研制、疲勞壽命計(jì)算方法并結(jié)合Ansys workbench數(shù)值模擬軟件對(duì)立管主要受力層進(jìn)行有限元分析計(jì)算;結(jié)合S-N曲線理論對(duì)立管疲勞壽命進(jìn)行可靠性分析;在研究疲勞壽命的基礎(chǔ)上制定海洋柔性立管安全可靠性評(píng)估流程并根據(jù)評(píng)估結(jié)果制定相應(yīng)措施。
[Abstract]:The marine flexible riser is composed of multilayer high strength metal layer and polymer layer by bonding or non-bonding. Compared with the traditional metal pipeline, the flexible riser has the advantages of easy installation, easy laying, large flexibility and corrosion resistance, so it is widely used in offshore oil exploitation, and the safety and reliability of the pipeline can not be ignored. In order to maintain the productivity of crude oil production and avoid the occurrence of environmental disaster, it is necessary to understand the performance response of flexible riser under dynamic load and to quantify the damage degree of the whole structure. Based on the full-scale fatigue test of riser, the safety and reliability of marine flexible pipeline are studied in this paper. The purpose of this paper is to quantify the influence of risk factors on pipeline through full-scale fatigue test of flexible riser, so as to formulate pipeline risk control measures. Reduce riser safety risk and enhance pipeline safety reliability. Considering the long-term effect of marine environment load on flexible riser, the safety of marine flexible riser is not guaranteed. In this paper, the fatigue damage of the flexible riser is calculated and evaluated and the fatigue life is predicted by quantifying the dynamic response of the pipeline to the actual sea condition through the fatigue test and design of the flexible riser. The fatigue test process includes the collection of pre-specific sea condition data, the transformation of the test condition according to the sea condition data, the fatigue test of riser, the analysis of test data, the calculation and prediction of fatigue life, the improvement measures and the feedback of practical application data of pipeline. The design and development of full-scale fatigue test of riser are studied emphatically. The fatigue life calculation method and the finite element analysis and calculation of the main bearing layer of riser are carried out with Ansys workbench numerical simulation software. Combined with S-N curve theory, the reliability analysis of pipe fatigue life is carried out, and based on the study of fatigue life, the safety and reliability evaluation process of marine flexible riser is established and corresponding measures are made according to the evaluation results.
