金屬吡啶硫酮在海洋環(huán)境中的污染現(xiàn)狀和毒性研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】：金屬吡啶硫酮(MePTs)作為三丁基錫(TBT)替代品,已成為防污涂料中最有效的活性成分之一。目前為止已在沉積物和生物體中檢出幾十到幾百μg/kg水平的MePTs殘留;MePTs在環(huán)境中易光解,半衰期一般在數(shù)分鐘,主要降解產(chǎn)物有金屬離子和2,2′-二硫二吡啶((PS)2)等;MePTs能對(duì)魚(yú)類鰓組織造成損傷,并具有基因毒性、生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育毒性和生殖毒性;盡管MePTs易光解且在無(wú)光照的沉積物環(huán)境中也會(huì)被催化降解,但MePTs具有與TBT相當(dāng)甚至更強(qiáng)的急性毒性;(PS)2對(duì)虎斑猛水蚤和真鯛具有較強(qiáng)的急性毒性,可導(dǎo)致魚(yú)類胚胎脊索發(fā)育畸形,MePTs降解產(chǎn)物的毒性不容忽視,MePTs及其降解產(chǎn)物的環(huán)境安全性尚需深入研究。
[Abstract]:Pyridine thione (MePTs), as a substitute for triDing Ji tin (TBT), has become one of the most effective active components in antifouling coatings. Up to now, tens to hundreds of 渭 g/kg MePTs residues have been detected in sediments and organisms. MePTs is easily photolysis in the environment, and its half-life is usually several minutes. The main degradation products are metal ions and (PS) _ 2). MePTs can damage the Gill tissue of fish, and it has genetic toxicity, growth toxicity and reproductive toxicity. Although MePTs is easy to photolysis and can be degraded in the environment without light, MePTs has the same or even stronger acute toxicity as TBT. (PS) _ 2 has a strong acute toxicity to Daphnia Tigris and Sparus macrocephalus, which can lead to chordal malformation of fish embryo. The toxicity of MePTs degradation products can not be ignored. The environmental safety of MePTs and its degradation products need to be further studied.
