基于FLUENT的淹沒環(huán)境高壓水射流數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:海底管道配重混凝土的去除工作是大多數(shù)水下管道維搶修的前提,高壓水射流應(yīng)用于海底管道配重混凝土的去除工作相比于機(jī)械方法優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯。將高壓水射流應(yīng)用于海底需要探究淹沒環(huán)境對(duì)射流效果的影響,通過FLUENT數(shù)值分析,分別研究了噴嘴直徑、環(huán)境壓力、射流壓力對(duì)淹沒射流動(dòng)壓的影響,得到了一些對(duì)工程有重要指導(dǎo)意義的結(jié)論,結(jié)論指出:淹沒環(huán)境對(duì)高壓水射流的效果削弱很大;環(huán)境壓力對(duì)射流影響相對(duì)較小;噴嘴直徑和射流壓力對(duì)射流效果影響明顯。最后通過淹沒環(huán)境高壓水射流破碎混凝土實(shí)驗(yàn)應(yīng)用和驗(yàn)證了仿真所得結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:The removal of counterweight concrete in submarine pipeline is the premise of most underwater pipeline repair, and the application of high pressure water jet to the removal of counterweight concrete in submarine pipeline is superior to the mechanical method. The effect of submerged environment on jet effect is investigated by applying high pressure water jet to sea floor. By FLUENT numerical analysis, the influence of nozzle diameter, ambient pressure and jet pressure on submerged jet flow pressure is studied, respectively. Some conclusions of great significance to engineering are obtained. It is pointed out that the effect of submerged environment on high pressure water jet is greatly weakened; The influence of ambient pressure on jet is relatively small, and the influence of nozzle diameter and jet pressure on jet effect is obvious. Finally, the simulation results are verified by the experimental application of high pressure water jet crushing concrete in submerged environment.
