托管架前部運輸機整體吊裝方法

【摘要】:針對需要在空中完成傾斜7°的特定用途大型結構物吊裝作業(yè),通過設計合理的索具形式,選取合適的浮吊船,制定可行的吊裝方案;著重考慮傾斜前后2種工況,對吊點及主鉤載荷進行計算和分析評估,確定吊裝方案是安全可靠的。
[Abstract]:In view of the lifting of large structures with special purpose which needs to be completed in the air with a tilting of 7 擄, a feasible lifting scheme is worked out through the design of a reasonable form of rigging, the selection of a suitable floating crane and the establishment of a feasible lifting scheme. Considering the two working conditions before and after tilting, the hoisting point and the main hook load are calculated and analyzed, and the lifting scheme is determined to be safe and reliable.
