【摘要】：針對(duì)需要在空中完成傾斜7°的特定用途大型結(jié)構(gòu)物吊裝作業(yè),通過設(shè)計(jì)合理的索具形式,選取合適的浮吊船,制定可行的吊裝方案;著重考慮傾斜前后2種工況,對(duì)吊點(diǎn)及主鉤載荷進(jìn)行計(jì)算和分析評(píng)估,確定吊裝方案是安全可靠的。
[Abstract]:In view of the lifting of large structures with special purpose which needs to be completed in the air with a tilting of 7 擄, a feasible lifting scheme is worked out through the design of a reasonable form of rigging, the selection of a suitable floating crane and the establishment of a feasible lifting scheme. Considering the two working conditions before and after tilting, the hoisting point and the main hook load are calculated and analyzed, and the lifting scheme is determined to be safe and reliable.
