【摘要】：通過分析國際海底地名分委會(SCUFN)會議紀要,研究日本與俄羅斯帝王海山鏈(Emperor Seamount Chain)之爭、日本與俄羅斯日本平頂海山群(Japanese Guyots)之爭和日本與美國幸運星海脊(Lucky Star Ridge)之爭的過程。根據(jù)SCUFN的命名規(guī)則,探討其處理爭端的主要依據(jù),并對我國當前的命名工作提出建議。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the minutes of the (SCUFN) meeting of the International Subcommittee on undersea Geographical names, this paper studies the contention between Japan and Russia over the chain (Emperor Seamount Chain) of the imperial seamounts. The process of the contention between Japan and Russia over the flat-top seamount group (Japanese Guyots) and between Japan and the United States lucky star ridge (Lucky Star Ridge). According to the naming rules of SCUFN, this paper probes into the main basis for handling disputes, and puts forward some suggestions for the current naming work in China.
