漂浮式太陽能海水淡化膜單元結(jié)構(gòu)研究

【摘要】:提出了微聚光直接蒸發(fā)海水實現(xiàn)淡化過程的概念,并在漂浮式透明膜板內(nèi)的微結(jié)構(gòu)中實施,即利用薄膜內(nèi)部空腔,實現(xiàn)高效太陽能聚光,讓太陽光直接加熱并蒸發(fā)由親水材料送入腔內(nèi)的海水,實現(xiàn)海水淡化過程。它的最大優(yōu)勢就是將太陽能集熱器與海水淡化器合二為一,漂浮于海面上,省卻了土地成本,并可用非金屬材料制造。本文對淡化膜中聚光產(chǎn)水單元的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計,對其聚光過程進(jìn)行了仿真分析,給出了太陽光不同入射角度下的聚光效率。并在樣品結(jié)構(gòu)中進(jìn)行了穩(wěn)態(tài)的實驗驗證,證明該裝置最高溫度可以達(dá)到70℃,產(chǎn)水量可以達(dá)到1.67 g/h,實現(xiàn)太陽能轉(zhuǎn)化效率37.4%。
[Abstract]:The concept of seawater desalination by direct evaporation of micro-condensing light is proposed and implemented in the micro-structure of floating transparent film plate, that is, using the inner cavity of thin film to realize high-efficiency solar energy concentration. The seawater desalination process can be realized by directly heating and evaporating the water from the hydrophilic material into the cavity. Its biggest advantage is to combine the solar collector and the desalination device, float on the sea surface, save the land cost, and can be made of non-metallic materials. In this paper, the structure of the condensing water generating unit in the desalination film is optimized, the process of the condensing is simulated and analyzed, and the efficiency of the concentrated light under different incidence angles of the solar light is given.
