黃東海水體及沉積物中有色溶解有機(jī)物的研究
[Abstract]:Three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy combined with parallel factor analysis (EEMs-PARAFAC) is one of the most effective methods to study the (CDOM) of marine chromically dissolved organic matter. In this paper, the CDOM in the waters and sediments of the East China Sea and the Yellow Sea are studied by using this method. At the same time, according to the seasonal characteristics and the temperature and salt conditions, the composition and source of their components are analyzed. (1) through parallel factor analysis, four fluorescent components, C1 (260315 / 425) and C2 (295355 / 490), were obtained from the sea water samples in the North Huang Hai sea area in the spring, and the fluorescence components C1 (260315 / 425) and C2 (295355r / 490) were obtained by parallel factor analysis. The fluorescent components C3 (275 / 310) and C4 (230290 / 345) have some relationship in source or structure, and the same fluorescent components are more similar in origin. The total fluorescence intensity and the fluorescence intensity of the four components in the horizontal and vertical directions all showed a trend of high near shore and decreasing in the far sea. In combination with the fluorescence index, it was shown that the near shore was greatly affected by the land source input. However, the characteristics of marine biogenicity in distant offshore regions are more obvious. (2) after analyzing the samples of the East China Sea in winter by PARAFAC model, four components were obtained: C _ 1 (260310/415nm), C _ 3 (295,360 / 500), and C _ 1 (C _ 1), C _ 3 (C _ 3), C _ 3 (295,360 / 500), C _ 1 and C _ 3, respectively. The fluorescent components C1 (280335) and C4 (270 / 310) of protein-like proteins. The higher similarity between the same types of components indicates that the origin and structure of the same types of components are more similar. The total fluorescence intensity and the horizontal and vertical distribution of the four components show that CDOM is affected by both the terrestrial input and the coastal current system, as well as the ocean water mass movement. The distribution of HIX and BIX is inversely related. The results showed that the degree of CDOM humification was higher in the coastal area, but the degree of CDOM humification was lower and more marine autogenetic production was found on the seaward sea side. (3) the sediment samples of Huang Hai in winter were separated from interstitial water. After extracting organic matter in water and extracting organic substance in alkali, four PARAFAC models were established with the bottom water sample of corresponding station. By analyzing the CDOM, of the bottom water and the PDOM,WEOM and AEOM of the sediment, the wavelength of each component has the tendency of redshift, and the characteristic of humification is gradually enhanced. The sources of the same properties of the components obtained from the same model are similar, but there is no significant correlation between the tryptophan components obtained from the different models, which indicates the decoupling between organic compounds in the bottom water and PDOM. There is a certain correlation between sediment organic matter (SOM) and sediment water extraction organic matter (WEOM). The difference of HIX and BIX between bottom water, PDOM,WEOM and AEOM reflects the difference of humification degree and "new and old" of organic matter.
