有機朗肯循環(huán)驅(qū)動反滲透海水淡化運行模式及工質(zhì)選擇

【摘要】:針對水資源短缺及能源浪費兩大問題,對有機朗肯循環(huán)(ORC)耦合反滲透(RO)海水淡化的復(fù)合系統(tǒng)進行優(yōu)化設(shè)計,利用膨脹機驅(qū)動高壓泵,海水吸收冷凝器中有機工質(zhì)的熱量,進而提高海水淡化的回收率。并采用熱力學(xué)分析方法分析了純工質(zhì)、混合工質(zhì)組分比例、海水進水溫度、進水流量變化對循環(huán)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:在系統(tǒng)相同吸熱量、工質(zhì)和海水環(huán)境溫度下,以R245fa為例,經(jīng)過冷凝器預(yù)熱后的淡水產(chǎn)量比不經(jīng)過冷凝器預(yù)熱的淡水產(chǎn)量提高80%以上;混合工質(zhì)由于存在溫度滑移,淡水產(chǎn)量均大于其相應(yīng)的純工質(zhì),其中R134a/R245fa(0.5/0.5)產(chǎn)水量最佳,在海水溫度為12℃時比R245fa提高10.01%,在18℃時比R245fa提高25.04%;在系統(tǒng)運行方面,當(dāng)高壓泵進水溫度小于40℃時,海水流量取決于高壓泵的功率,當(dāng)海水溫度超過反滲透膜的工作溫度時,需要打開系統(tǒng)的放水閥,通過原水泵增加冷凝器的海水流量,多余的水由放水閥排出,此時混合工質(zhì)相對于純工質(zhì)的產(chǎn)水優(yōu)勢更為明顯。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the two problems of water resources shortage and energy waste, the composite system of organic Rankine cycle (ORC) coupled reverse osmosis (RO) desalination is optimized. The expansion machine is used to drive the high pressure pump. Seawater absorbs the heat of organic working fluid in condenser and improves the recovery rate of seawater desalination. The effects of the pure working fluid, the proportion of mixed working fluid, the influent temperature and the influent flow rate on the circulation performance were analyzed by thermodynamics analysis method. The results show that under the same system heat absorption, working fluid and seawater environment temperature, taking R245fa as an example, the fresh water production after preheating by condenser is more than 80% higher than that without condenser preheating. Due to the existence of temperature slippage, the fresh water production of the mixed working fluid is higher than that of its corresponding pure working medium. R134a/R245fa (0.5 / 0.5) has the best water yield, and the water yield is 10.01% higher than that of R245fa at 12 鈩,
