碳素纖維在近岸海洋污染物亞硝酸鹽、總氨態(tài)氮處理中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:為探索高效的近岸海水污染處理及生態(tài)修復方法,采用硝酸氧化法對黏膠基碳素纖維(Carbon fiber,CF)進行氧化改性,并利用改性后的黏膠基CF處理近岸模擬污染海水,研究了改性CF對海水中亞硝酸鹽、總氨態(tài)氮等污染物的吸附情況,考察了黏膠基CF氧化改性時間等因素對吸附處理效果的影響,確定了改性黏膠基CF處理近岸污染海水的優(yōu)化工藝條件。結(jié)果表明:黏膠基CF氧化改性時間、CF投加量、亞硝酸鹽初始濃度、總氨態(tài)氮初始濃度、吸附時間、海況、p H等因素對CF的吸附性能均有不同程度的影響,當反應(yīng)條件相同時CF的吸附性能較穩(wěn)定;CF對亞硝酸鹽的吸附效果較好,對總氨態(tài)氮的吸附效果次之;通過正交試驗確定黏膠基CF材料修復模擬近岸海水的優(yōu)化條件,即在吸附時間為3 h、海況為3級、投加量為0.01 g、亞硝酸鹽初始濃度為4 mg/L、總氨態(tài)氮初始濃度為60 mg/L、改性時間為1.5 h、p H為8的條件下,CF對亞硝酸鹽的去除率為84.56%,對總氨態(tài)氮的去除率為45.63%。本研究結(jié)果為CF在近岸海洋環(huán)境修復中的應(yīng)用奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In order to explore an efficient method for the treatment and ecological restoration of coastal seawater pollution, the modified viscose based carbon fiber (Carbon fiber,CF) was oxidized by nitric acid oxidation method, and the modified viscose based CF was used to treat the inshore simulated polluted sea water. The adsorption of nitrite, total ammonia nitrogen and other pollutants in seawater by modified CF was studied. The optimized process conditions for the treatment of inshore polluted seawater by modified viscose based CF were determined. The results show that the factors such as the oxidation modification time of viscose based CF, the dosage of CF, the initial concentration of nitrite, the initial concentration of total ammonia nitrogen, the adsorption time and the sea condition, p H have different effects on the adsorption performance of CF. When the reaction conditions are the same, the adsorption performance of CF is more stable, the adsorption effect of CF to nitrite is better, the adsorption effect of total ammonia nitrogen is the second, and the optimum conditions for repairing simulated coastal seawater with CF based on viscose are determined by orthogonal test. That is, the adsorption time is 3 h and the sea condition is 3 h. The removal rate of nitrite was 84.56 and the removal rate of total ammonia nitrogen was 45.63 when the initial concentration of nitrite was 0.01g, the initial concentration of nitrite was 4 mg/L, the initial concentration of ammonia nitrogen was 60 mg/L, the modification time was 1.5hp / h, the removal rate of nitrite was 84.56g. The results of this study lay a foundation for the application of CF in the restoration of coastal marine environment.
