深水TTR立管選型及初始設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:立管是海洋油氣資源開發(fā)系統(tǒng)中的重要組成構(gòu)件,但同時(shí)也是最薄弱的構(gòu)件之一,因此深水立管系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的安全性對(duì)于海洋油氣資源開發(fā)起著至關(guān)重要的作用。本文重點(diǎn)研究基于深水TTR立管系統(tǒng)的立管選型及初始設(shè)計(jì)問題,綜合考慮油氣管線輸送能力和套管強(qiáng)度兩方面因素,采用多相流理論計(jì)算立管壓降及輸送能力,并以此為基準(zhǔn)迭代計(jì)算油管及套管尺寸,最終對(duì)選取的油、套管進(jìn)行壁厚設(shè)計(jì)校核。 本文首先介紹了深水立管系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則,其中包括設(shè)計(jì)原則,設(shè)計(jì)階段、設(shè)計(jì)流程以及設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)文件內(nèi)容;列舉了立管設(shè)計(jì)所依據(jù)的規(guī)范和設(shè)計(jì)過程中主要使用的商用軟件,并綜述了立管系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的研究進(jìn)展。其次,基于國(guó)家863計(jì)劃“頂張緊式立管(TTR)設(shè)計(jì)理論研究及軟件開發(fā)”建立了立管設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)文件,包括TLP平臺(tái)主尺度、油藏及井口數(shù)據(jù)以及立管所處的海洋環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)。 本文在API規(guī)范的基礎(chǔ)上提出了TTR前端初始設(shè)計(jì)的流程,綜合考慮了油管和套管之間的關(guān)系。再次,根據(jù)油藏?cái)?shù)據(jù),采用多相流理論中關(guān)于垂直上升管流壓降計(jì)算方法,對(duì)油管進(jìn)行水力分析計(jì)算,計(jì)算其在不同流速下對(duì)應(yīng)的壓力梯度和壓降,選取最小壓降對(duì)應(yīng)的油管內(nèi)徑,作為初始油管設(shè)計(jì)直徑,并根據(jù)API SPEC5L和API SPEC5CT,進(jìn)行材料的選擇并確定油管、套管尺寸。最后針對(duì)選取的立管尺寸,根據(jù)API RP2RD規(guī)范要求,進(jìn)行立管最小壁厚校核分析。
[Abstract]:Riser is an important component of offshore oil and gas resources development system, but it is also one of the weakest components. Therefore, the design safety of deepwater riser system plays an important role in offshore oil and gas resources development. This paper focuses on the selection and initial design of riser based on deep-water TTR riser system. Considering the factors of oil and gas pipeline transportation capacity and casing strength, the pressure drop and conveying capacity of riser are calculated by multi-phase flow theory. The size of tubing and casing is calculated by iterative method, and the wall thickness of selected oil and casing is checked. This paper first introduces the design criteria of deepwater riser system, including design principles, design stages, design flow and design foundation documents, and lists the specifications for riser design and the commercial software used in the design process. The research progress of riser system design is summarized. Secondly, based on the National 863 Program "(TTR) design theory research and software development of top tensioning riser", the basic documents of riser design are established, including the main scale of TLP platform, reservoir and wellhead data and marine environment data of riser. In this paper, based on the API specification, the flow chart of initial design of TTR front-end is proposed, and the relationship between tubing and casing is considered synthetically. Thirdly, according to reservoir data, the hydraulic analysis and calculation of pressure drop of vertical upward pipe flow in multiphase flow theory are carried out, and the corresponding pressure gradient and pressure drop under different velocity of flow are calculated. The inner diameter of the tubing corresponding to the minimum pressure drop is selected as the initial design diameter of the tubing, and the material is selected according to API SPEC5L and API SPEC5CT, and the size of tubing and casing is determined. Finally, according to the requirements of API RP2RD code, the minimum wall thickness of riser is checked and analyzed according to the selected riser dimensions.
