基于熱管傳熱的鹽水真空分離

【摘要】:將熱管高效傳熱和高壓噴霧技術(shù)應(yīng)用于單級真空蒸發(fā)器,對含鹽量3%的人造海水進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明:熱管吸收40~80℃的低品位熱源熱量并以高熱通量傳遞給閃蒸后的液滴,能保持甚至提高液滴蒸發(fā)過程的過熱度,顯著增大水分離率;冷熱源溫度取代初始過熱度成為影響分離效果的主要因素,但要避免干壁現(xiàn)象;改變冷熱源溫度、初始過熱度及流量能實(shí)現(xiàn)對分離率的調(diào)節(jié)。該方法對低品位熱源在海水淡化工程中的有效利用、提升單位體積裝置淡水產(chǎn)量和制取濃鹽水均有重要參考價(jià)值。
